This small restorant is very nice, weel decorated and de cooking is excelente. You have a lot o types of meat and the best is the risotto with local meats. Good atention a very good presentation, if you travel to Vermiglio you must eat here.

We stopped for a drink at the bar, thinking about going to dinner for a pizza. and instead we stayed at dinner at the alpine tavern with great surprise for the goodness of food. the first dishes between tortelli al cervo, risotto with porcini and involtini to the roe absolutely impeccable, delicious! superior and sweet home wine. tart with cream and almonds from the water. fantastic! in more quality great price! excellent restaurant, we have supper all the nights of our stay in Vermiglio, perfectly clean apartment; typical dishes of the Trentino cuisine and not from the first to dessert always served with care and extremely delicious but at the same time very digestible; a note on all you owe to meat, always cooked differently. Food drinks: È un piccolo albergo con ristorante a conduzione familiare consigliatissimo. Molto pulito e titolari molto gentili. Il mangiare è ottimo molto curato con pasta e dolci fatti in casa. Il ristorante è conosciuto anche perché fanno una torta di patate, da prenotare, la migliore della Val di Sole. Ci sono stata con la mia famiglia ed i parenti a ferragosto e ci siamo trovati divinamente. Anche i prezzi sono molto buoni visto le pietanze proposte curatissime e con prodotti del territorio sempre freschissimi. Ci sono tornata con la famiglia altre volte e ci siamo trovati sempre molto bene. La prossima volta che mi troverò in Val di Sole ci ritornerò senz'altro.

We have stayed at this hotel for our skiing holiday at Passo del Tonale for the last 3 years and we just love the food. We always eat dinner here and sometimes lunch depending on if we are still skiing on the mountain. There isn 't a menu and you are given a variety of options for a main, starter and desert (we are generally too full for desert! . My husband always orders anything with cervo (pasta or polenta which is traditional for the region and I love the Veal Scallopine. They do a wonderful antipasti with a selection of meats and cheeses and a dish that I have always known as 'torta ' basically a big cake size yorkshire pudding with grated potato cut into big slices.
