Good food. Very good food to be fair. Had to wait a while but there was a large group of us of 13. Good value for money . Would return

Absolutely fantastic meal and really good with families! Service was great and the food was amazing! The kids insisted on writing a review which just goes to show it was good!

I ordered food at 6pm and finally got delivery at nearly 8pm Was told at 7 pm that delivery would be in 10 minutes so as diabetic gave my injection Bad move. Food was stone cold when it arrived

We booked and ate in the Agra last evening (Sat 3/2/24). We received a very warm welcome. The service continued at this high standard throughout the evening. The food was fresh, hot and of an excellent quality. Would we return, most defiantly. Keep up the great work.

The unpleasant individual behind the bar is in need of a good clean. He was rude. The food was great, but I am sorry to say that I will not be returning. I will be going to Ruby's in Wouldham from now on. I was really upset by the chip on his shoulder and his rude behavior. He seemed to have a small man's syndrome. He was rude and I suggest avoiding this place. The food was good, but the service was terrible.

Greasy, cold and disgusting. The food was clearly not cooked freshly, the grease was even dripping from the paper bag the food came in, it all went in the bin. The management were rude when I requested a refund and have tried to blame their horrendous food on ‘being busy’. Maybe stop taking orders while your kitchen catches up because the results from having ‘too much custom’ is non-returning custom. I am local and I will never use this restaurant again!

My Wife and I ordered a delievery of 3 curries and rice plus naan and paratha from from a Mr Hossain who i believe is the owner on the 1th August 21 at his suggestion we ordered Madras . all at a cost of £32.30... It finally arrive and within the time slot, regrettably however, as far as my Wife and Me were concerned it was applalling and far from edible The curry source was nothing more than tastless slightly flavoured coloured water... Thice Rice was conjealed, the Naan burnt, only thing edible was in fact my Paratha My Wife phoned to complain and was met with complete indiference from Mr Hossain ...... This is just not what one would expect from a proffesional restraunteur

Poor inattentive service. It took an hour and twenty minutes between ordering and being served. We were servedthe wrong wine which the waiter hsd alresdy opened; after an hour we ordered a second bottle there were five of us oh sorry we havent got any more wexpicked something else from the menu. Forrunatelyvthe food was okay but two of our party are under 12and it is unfair to make children to wait indefitelyto eat No applogy was forthcoming. When i understandably politely complained, I was told that we 're busy and one waiter hasn 't turned up for work , neitherof which should impact on our meal. We were not the only people affected; one other of table of 6 got up and walked out.

We came here as it's local to where my friends live. We had made a reservation online but got no confirmation back, so we went in the night before to check, and they said it was fine. When we arrived Saturday night, there was no table reserved for the 5 of us, but they quickly set one up. We ordered a bottle of wine and was told the only wine they had was 2 out of the 5 on the menu, which was the most expensive 2 bottles. We ordered the Pinot grigio as it was Italian. When it came, it wasn't what was on the menu it was from Chile. That is actually illegal. When we wanted to order food, we had to ask as it had been 35 minutes wait.
