Date night. never before. the Sunday had special great service, great eating friendly staff and great atmosphere. a lot of eating took something like this home. will definitely visit again. Thank you.

Alf, Ali and the guys make you feel very welcome. The food is great enjoyed by all. All course of the Sunday deal really enjoyed and not rushed between dishes. Warm friendly atmosphere. Defo be back x

This is a lovely restaurant, of us had a meal last night, nearly got blown over walking over to it, but once inside was like heaven, spotless, staff very attentive and cheerful, food delicious, such a lovely ambience ….we will definitely be back. Voir le carte

really good curry here. beautiful kingfisher beer top. mixed starter was excellent all element w tasty. chicken lamb tikka especially good. Chicken rogan josh main was excellent. only the right level for me and cooked to be tender. beautiful Pilau...rice and peshwari naan was divine. service brilliant. beautiful meal.

Had my Birthday here on Monday night and can honestly say it was brilliant!! The food was delicious, lovely tender chicken, melt in the mouth. Desert for my son was only ice cream but they are working on desserts in the future, lol. The...staff were brilliant and very chatty, particularly Sammy and Ali. We had a great night and will be back soon. Well Done Achari!!

We went to Achari on Sunday night for a take away … This is the first time we’ve been here after being recommended by friends! The food was Ready within mins .. We had the Sunday special and had a chicken korma it’s the best chicken kormas we’ve had in a long time even the kids loved it and there very fussy ! We will Definitely be going again maybe trying the restaurant this time ! Thanks again Voir le carte

we visited and cannot thank the staff enough! after a catastrophic visit in another local restaurant (I will not go into details) we called here to ask if it is available table for people. Despite the short announcement, the answer was yes and we were gone! the personal was fantastic from going through the door to go out the door and eating was two to none. it was full of other satisfied diners who always had a good sign. I cannot recommend achari enough and we will definitely be back! thanks to everyone.

We booked a last minute Valentine meal for myself,hubby and my yr old grandson who was visiting.The decor is lovely.The staff are warm friendly and super efficent.It was a set price per head as it was Valentines but we couldn't have been more...satisfied.Lots of choice and everything was delicious. We asked about a dessert menu but one wasn't available but provided complimentary ice cream fresh fruit. Every lady recieved a red rose and helium balloon when leaving for Valentines.A lovely experiance and can't wait to re-visit.

There are very few good restaurants in the town centre but this would certainly qualify as one. It must be good as it is a little out of town near the train station but still gets very busy. We went on a Thursday early evening...and it was still quite busy. No wonder. It is a nice restaurant and the staff are excellent to a man. They look after you, listen to any special requests and give good advice on which food to get. We have the lamb on the bone which was very tasty but the lamb a little on the tough side. The south Indian King prawn curry was superb though and easily our favourite dish. The draft beer was good, the wine okay and the atmosphere good. It isn’t a place we go to often but... Voir le carte
