"What to say? is simply an oasis FANTASTICAAA!!!...Everything well cared for...the rooms...the pool....the restaurant....everything!!!... Superlative welcome of elena and sweet Sofia, fantastic people!!!...Clean of the rooms EXCELLENT, not to mention the abundant and genuine breakfast.. . Dinners curated by the chef in an alluring way, that satisfy both taste, but above all the view in seeing with how much love it makes to parade every course!!!.... "You won’t find light or innovative cuisine here, but what they do, they do well. When we arrived on a Sunday we found it full of families enjoying a long Sunday lunch. We started with traditional appetizers like vitello tonnato (thinly sliced veal in a mayo/tuna sauce), cheese, and peppers in an anchovy sauce (regional speciality). We shared a delicious plate of thin, flat pasta (tagliatelle) in a rabbit ragù. Then we finished the meal with a plate of roasted pork which was carved table-side from an enormous hock. This meal for 2 people plus a 8 Euro half bottle of wine and a dessert (which I can’t remember enough about to describe) was 80 Euro."

"Yesterday, we joined the Christmas lunch in this restaurant. Ambience: nice and elegant, Menu offered: average. Staff: friendly. Wine list: nothing special considering that we in the heart of the Monferrato. Service: TERRIBLE, we started at 12:45 and we finished at 15:45 for 3 appetizers, 2 first courses, 1 main and 1 dessert!!! Waiting time between one dish and another 30 min........ This is UNACCEPTABLE!!"

"I was there a couple of times, during the first I ate some cut that I would define on average good, the second time I got a black burger angus simply space! the meat goto, freshness and cooking were simply perfect. recommended restaurant. After a couple of years I unfortunately discovered that the menu has impoverished everything that has made the particular place i.e. meat, to implement courses more than the Piedmontese tradition. none of the proposed contours, apart from mushrooms, were season and staff (as exquisitely friendly and helpful) I did not find it adequately prepared for the task. prices always on average."
