"Came in, saw it was fully booked so left… as we walked away a member of staff shouted that they’d clear a table… No smile, no opportunity to say thank you, just walked off. The food was below average, greasy the drinks were over priced, the apple juice is absolutely tiny and you saw them poor it from a cheapo Aldi carton. Isn’t healthy as it’s advertised. Waited ages for food. We ordered a starter… it came with our meal in the end, not much of a starter. I say in the end because it came, it was the wrong order but I thought I’d eat it to save causing a scene… turns out they’d taken it to the wrong table… the kitchen was open plan with the seating, you could hear everything they had to say loudly. I kid you not, the staff spoke about me and my boyfriend in the OPEN kitchen like pieces of ****, saying I was stealing (because I’d eaten it), I’d be charged for it, I was stupid for not speaking up, amongst other things.. for something which wasn’t my error! I was absolutely fuming, belittling a customer when you know they can hear you. The food finally came and it was just below average, wouldn’t eat it again, we didn’t eat most of it. Poor quality produce from Aldi. We weren’t charged for the additional ‘starter’ in the end. There’s no atmosphere, I put that down to the fact you can’t have a conversation because the kitchen is open, you can hear their conversations in the kitchen too… their lovely comments about their paying customers. The staff are cold, rude and not welcoming. Shame when it’s in the heart of Barnoldswick."

Went with my daughters for a bite to eat, the food was outstanding, would highly recommend!! BBQ chicken burger will definitely be going back

Had a Full English breakfast and coffee/drink with friend. Very reasonably priced and the waitress was very kind/welcoming. Prompt service. Thank you.

Really tasty food, they have quite a range to choose from. All made fresh to order. The hanging kebab is my favourite pictured here with sweet potato fries and salad.

I can honestly say that I have just had the best breakfast we have had in years. The best sausages ever, spotlessly clean lovely staff too. Thanks and we will definitely be back

Had a breakfast but I wasn't overly impressed as the food was basic and poor quality. The staff are not warm and friendly that is unless you know them! Wasnt even asked if I enjoyed my meal? No atmosphere either. What a shame!

Went into 23 The Grill, the other day and ordered a Halloumi Wrap, which was beautifully presented, I asked for it to be in a takeaway box as I didn't know if I was staying or going. The ladies did a good job and good customer service was provided.

I’ve been here a few times brunch, Food is always great Especially the breakfasts! Always friendly service and never had to wait long. Would definitely recommend! Also the social distancing measures in place are great and the menu scanning is a great idea!

Lovely place with very friendly staff. We wanted the Louisiana Burger but unfortunately they had sold out the night before. Only slight criticism was the chicken bite starters came with the mains. The starter and the cheese burgers were tasty and cooked very well. Overall we had a really nice lunch, in a nice setting with very accommodating friendly staff. Would definitely recommend a visit and support a small business delivering great service.

Not really a good food review as we didn 't get to try it. What local cafe stops serving at just after 2pm on a weekday. We were after a late lunch after a medical appointment so decided to stay local but we walked in the door to a chorus of shouts from the back of the room that they weren 't serving food any longer. Well their loss as I thought that was so rude to shout at potential customers and very strange for a cafe not to be serving food at such an early time, we hadn 't even said we wanted food (although we did I cannot understand why they would want to turn away potential customers like that, I will not be returning (we went out of town for our meal instead and put an end to our shop...
