the restaurant worst I've ever been, and I've been at some mist places for years. it was the first restaurant where I refused to pay.

the restaurant was not disturbed that it is not the table that is not on the list! we have made ourselves to the place and we have torn so that they are not left with the table a complete waste time!

it took forever to be served drinks and food and saw many others complaining. However only 1 member of staff actually seemed to be working. Very disappointing. However once received, food was amazing.

The RESTAURANT was not concerned that it is not the TABLE that is not on the LIST! We have set ourselves in place, and we have managed to do it because they are not connected with the TABLE A COMPLETE WASTE of TIME!

has not had our booking. we waited for over 30 minutes, didn't bring out all the appetizers, then we didn't get out of one of the main things. Once it was brought out, not only everyone had finished, but it was the wrong order. general manager tried to help, but then gave us a bill with discount. for the wrong amount with the meal times of others diners. never again.

It was quiet, even on a Friday night so that maybe impeded the ambiance. Staff were very attentive although I had to ask for the wine list. Starter of calamari was okay just not presented very well. The Thai curry was very nice, the sirloin steak well cooked but the chips were greasy and soggy. It also should have been served with some green veg without having to pay for a side order. Probably wouldn't come again seeing as I overheard the waiter saying there were over 450 restaurants in Chester to choose from.

I am a tour guide and I brought my 5 clients for a meal as I had eaten in the restaurant on previous occasions. We ordered our meal and waited and waited and waited! Eventually we received our starters then we waited and waited and waited!! Dry bread was brought, we were told our mains were being plated, there'd been a problem in the kitchen and we waited.. Eventually we got our food 2 1/2 HOURS later. We were fobbed off and lied to and other diners were given their orders before us. I was extremely embarrassed as it was such a poor reflection on Chester! We didn't stay for dessert and left for our hotel after we had asked for a reduction in our bill. We received 20% off. It was shocking.

Having looked at the sample menu on-line I was looking forward to choosing from the varied menu. This may have been a sample menu, but in reality there was far less to choose from. However I decided on the rump steak with hand cut chips, as according to the on-line menu, the steaks were 'outstanding '. Unfortunately, it wasn 't till after the waiter had enquired about our meal, that I found the steak to contain much sinew and had to leave almost half. The chips also were quite unpleasant, hand cut they may be, but possibly the wrong type of potato? When I had the opportunity to speak to the waiter at the end of the meal, he was not very apologetic and said he would mention it to the chef. I...
