"Definitely not a tourist trap as it's outside of Paris but within walking distance of the La Défense business district. Minimalist because there is only one set menu (at least when we went there) with a choice between 2 starters, 2 main dishes and 2 desserts, but no a la carte menu. So if you want plenty of choice or are picky don't go there. The absence of cheese if you're particularly hungry is a shame...Otherwise we found the food inventive and a blend of French and fusion cuisine, tasty and near perfect on the assembly of ingredients, seasoning and cooking time. The Seriole tartare, defined as close to Tuna (but far more taste), was delicious and the Carré de Porc was equally well cooked, juicy and tender, along with its Malt risotto and jus. The desert, a chocolate crunchy thing, served with an agrumes (citrusy) mousse was a good finish, especially if you're into dark chocolate. The wine list was varied and well representative of France, but a bit on the expensive side. Having said that, the 2 wines we ordered, a Chablis and a Bandol, were excellent and not overpriced for the quality."
