"Cené en el restaurante 2 noches. La primera noche fui con poca hambre y no me apetecía cenar mucho. Así que el atento jefe del restaurante (un joven italiano) me recomendó la Dorada, siempre y cuando yo no tuviera inconveniente en esperar a que se hornease (unos 30 minutos). Y mereció la pena la espera. Fresca, en su punto y deliciosa. No es fácil encontrar un pescado bien hecho.La segunda noche de nuevo le pedí que me recomendase y esta vez me recomendó la hamburguesa de la casa. Me comentó que toda ella era casera (el pan, la salsa barbacoa, la hamburguesa hecha a partir de carne picada...). Y realmente estaba riquísima. No es la típica hamburguesa que encuentras en otros restaurantes, ya que la salsa casera, el aguacate untado en el pan, la remolacha, etc... le dan un toque especial.Si pasáis por Wolfsburg, no dejéis de comer aquí."

"In May this year we visited the restaurant Aqua at Ritz Carlton. Whether the quality of food and taste experience we agreed that this would not be our last visit to the water. When we were on 04. August invited friends to a restaurant visit, we used the opportunity to get to know the restaurant Terra. We quickly agreed about the choice of dishes and so there were pickled mackerel and slices from the “Feersian Rind”. Both appetizers were beautifully dressed and the taste increased the anticipation of the main dishes. These were then the tasty Kalbsbacke and Ribeye Steak twice each. Drillings and small, partly caramelized, small, cauliflower, radishes and celery cubes were served as supplements for both main dishes. The form of presentation and compilation appeared to us somewhat simple and uninspired. Our hope that the taste would surpass the optics was unfortunately disappointed. All supplements were lukewarm to cold, the twistings were not even, and the vegetables were dry. The calfs were good. The cooking grades of the Ribeye Steaks were as desired and they lay on a very tasty sauce. The sourned sauce béarnaise was probably a sauce hollandaise. A centrally placed Estragon leaf obviously does not suffice to make a Béarnaise from a Hollandaise. So remained as a conclusion, the appetizers and the meat of the main dishes we were able to enjoy, where then 52,00 € for a well cooked piece of meat are a bit much. "Nous sommes venus au menu de la Saint-Valentin et étions au restaurant pour la première fois. De l'extérieur, un petit complexe hôtelier rural discret dans une petite ville à proximité directe de VW et de l'autoroute. Le centre-ville de Wolfsburg est accessible en moins de minutes en voiture. L'intérieur du restaurant était moderne et décoré avec goût, avait quelque chose d'un caractère de club-house pour moi. La vue sur la cuisine en entrant dans le restaurant est superbe. Mais les réfrigérateurs à viande sont encore plus impressionnants! Un rêve pour les amateurs de viande! Le service était très courtois et attentionné, nous y étions toute la soirée. Une attention particulière a été portée au moment où les verres de vin et d'eau étaient vides et remplis sans qu'on leur demande. Pour chaque plat, il y avait une explication détaillée des produits utilisés dans l'assiette. La visite guidée des réfrigérateurs et les informations sur les différents types de viande étaient également incroyablement excitantes. Passons maintenant au point le plus important, cette nourriture. Le menu avait un niveau d'étoile du goût, des produits utilisés, de la présentation et du service !!! Je ne pouvais me plaindre de rien, de petites choses si vous voulez critiquer des chapeaux ou des stars du service, mais c'est vraiment chercher une aiguille dans une botte de foin et viser la perfection. Le niveau des prix est incroyablement élevé pour les prix de la viande. Mais vous obtenez également une qualité supérieure et un savoir-faire exceptionnel dans la cuisine. La sélection de vins et de boissons est également bonne, tout le monde devrait trouver quelque chose. Les vins se situent quelque part entre le fait de se concentrer plutôt sur le vin allemand, ce qui m'a beaucoup plu. Secrètement un super restaurant. Vous auriez dû manger ici pour vous faire une idée, un incontournable pour les amateurs de steaks! C'est le meilleur restaurant de la région en termes de qualité de viande! Mais important! Vous devez être large pour vouloir payer pour une qualité décente"

"Nous sommes allés au bar au restaurant Aalto pour le dîner avec notre client. Le restaurant est situé dans la zone piétonne de Wolfsburg, à proximité du musée d'art. Le service était vraiment sympathique et obligeant, en veillant toujours à ce que tout allait bien. Nous avons tous partagé des plaques antipasti ... des plaques comme apéritif avec du fromage, du bacon, des aubergines rôties, des courgettes et des olives de cloche et des olives farcies et j'ai commandé le risotto végétarien comme plat principal. Tous les plats étaient très délicieux, surtout le risotto était très bien assaisonné avec le bon degré de goût de citronnelle. Wow!! J'ai aussi aimé le pain qui a été servi aux antipasties à cause de son mobilité. Je peux très recommander Aalto et y retournerai certainement!"

"appetizer, main dish and also dessert were very tasty and fresh. There's really nothing to put out here. for personal or the service seemed very overwhelmed in some eyes. once no wine recommendation could be pronounced to the court, then we took the menu, then not asked for the steak's stage, and on the other hand we waited for about 40 minutes for the dessert. this was also apologised immediately and we asked a free brandy or coffee, which was still charged on the bill. "we had come to the valentinstag menu and were first in the restaurant. from outside an inconspicuous small rural hotel complex in a small place with direct proximity to ww and the carbahn. inner city of wolfsburg less than 5 min to reach by car. the restaurant from the inside modern and tastefully furnished, had something of clubhouse character for me. great is the view into the kitchen when entering the restaurant. but even more impressive are the meat refrigerators! for meat lovers a dream! the service was very courteous and attentive, all night (we were there 3.5h). it was paid attention when the glasses of white and water were empty and unrequired after. to each floor there was a detailed explanation of the used products on the teller. also the guide to the refrigerators and the infos to the respective meats were incredibly exciting. now the most important point that eat. the menu had taste, the used products, the presentation as well as the serving star level! There was nothing I could complain about, petty if you would like to criticize or star in the service but that is then really the needle in the heap and strive for perfection. the price level is already extremely high at the 100g trips for meat. for this you also get top quality and great craftsmanship in the kitchen. the wine and drink selection is also good as everyone should find something. the wee are between 20-85€. have the focus rather on German wein what I liked very much. insgeheim a great restaurant. here you should have eaten to make yourself a picture, even for steak lovers! it is the best restaurant in the region regarding the meat quality! but important! you should be wide for orderly quality also want to pay."
