"victor martin and his wife noemí martinez have been one of the restaurants of reference in the city of valladolid. victor, in the kitchen and noemí, in charge of the room and the winery, led to wheat to conquer in their first Michelin star. Knowing these members we decided not to let the opportunity go and take advantage of our visit to valladolid to get to know them. Although we had already planned to order the festival menu, we were not offered alternatives so it was with which we got in the open. In general we lacked more powerful emotions, offered us an attractive dinner but far from the level we expected, which we believed would be overwhelmingly outstanding, but almost no dish offered us the desired surprises.
