"Overall, our visit to Tomasa in Potsdam was a pleasant experience that had both positive aspects and some small areas for improvement. Right from the start we were greeted by the very nice and attentive staff who gave us a friendly welcome and looked after us well throughout the morning. The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice and welcoming, which made the stay comfortable. However, there was a small downer at the beginning: our first seat was quite drafty and a bit cold, which wasn't ideal. However, the staff responded quickly and easily to our request to move us and so we were able to move to a warmer and more comfortable place without any problems. This demonstrated the team's flexibility and service orientation, which we really appreciated. A small disadvantage is that the restaurant does not offer its own parking spaces. This can be a bit inconvenient, especially on a busy evening or in bad weather. So it's worth looking for parking options in the area early on. Overall, the food was tasty and well prepared, although we felt that the quality could be a little better in some places. For example, the avocado cream that was served with our dish didn't seem to be homemade, which left us a little disappointed. Nevertheless, most of the dishes tasted convincing and provided a satisfying eating experience. In summary, Tomasa is a nice restaurant with friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. Minor weaknesses such as the draft at the first seat and the lack of parking spaces only marred the visit minimally. Even if the quality of the food could still be improved in some places, overall it was a successful evening that we would like to repeat."

"Idyllic location in the Dutch neighborhood, fine and uplifting the ambience. The restaurant seems to be well visited so a reservation is recommended for the evening hours. In addition to the fixed menu, changing daily dishes are offered and wines are recommended. The prices are ambitious, as are the description of the dishes. So the raids were high, but the Le Petit was unfortunately culinary. We felt when we looked at the map of wild boar Ragout with red wine, figs and puffelles. We have introduced ourselves a large deep plate with the blade, on it the rage doubles with some columns of fresh figs. We get a flat plate, with Ragout left and noodles (always homemade) as a supplement. The fresh figs remained a dream, on request we learned that dried figs are in anger. Some knife tips more salt would have made the dish good. The red wine from the weekly recommendation a Frenchman with woody and hearty notes was very tasty, nicely dry and cheap at 5,50€ for 0.2l. "Hi, Waren über das Pfingstwochenende in Potsdam und sind dort einen Abend ins Koi. Das Essen war grandios. Zwei von uns hatte warmes essen, eine Rind der andere Ente beides Klasse!!! Ich und eine weitere Person hatten das Sushi, welches exzellent war!!! Blick in die offene Küche war auch gut, denn alles super sauber!!! Leider nur Küche daher auch Punkteabzug... Der Boden im Restaurant klebte unter den Stühlen auch auf dem Klo. Preis war absolur fair. In Aachen bei uns in der Nähe kostet Sushi schon ein gutes Stück weit mehr..."

"Today in XXL Potsdam: 1st drinks were too warm, and initially all without enough carbonic acid. We had to give two black beers back, tasted like rinsing water. Was later a little better, beer cooler and fresher. Emperor plate with too much meat, carving ok. Ribs completely burned, not freshened, disgusting chemical BBQ sauce. Pig steak, wings also not fresh. Curry's okay. The best were really the fries, they were fresh and long crispy. Balance: Not so fast. Oh yes, service was also moderate, drinks took a very long time. "We ordered the Viennese Schnitzel with warm potato salad and vegetable griddle cake with salad bouquet. The schnitzel was whole good, but a bit greasy and the salad was already cold, which was not a problem with the nice weather. The griddle cakes were also ok, but the salad was without flavor and dressing. All in all quite good, the service was friendly but got confused with the order apparently. We were first offered a bean soup, although you could see from the cutlery that we had ordered something else. The ice cream looked very good though, so I would recommend going for that. But the location is great and it's worth it to have a cool ice cream or drink. :"

"Très déçu globalement de cette halte déjeuner à Postdam. Les choses s'annonçaient bien sur la carte même si l'environnement n'est pas extraordinaire, je pense qu'il est plus destiné aux habitants du quartier que comme endroits pour des touristes en villégiature.Le service a été long, un peu trop. Au menu des bières qui arrivent au bout de 15 minutes et des plats au bout de 25, des assiettes légumes et halloumi et des assiettes orientales avec falafel. Pour le légumes/halloumi, c'est très bon, pour les falafels, c'est assez fade, cela manque d'épices et du côté relevé que l'on attend dans ces plats.On a pris des desserts pas mauvais du tout. Par contre c'était un peu l'heure de la fermeture et on a senti que ce serait bien de pas traîner.La note arrive et là une erreur de 12 euros pour un plat non commandé mais compté. Heuu... c'est un peu fort quand même surtout que pour un déjeuner assez light, la note finale est à 84 euros sans le pourboire !!!! Et on a enlevé le surplus de l'erreur ! C'est donc beaucoup trop cher pour le lieu d'abord, pour Berlin ensuite, et pour le plaisir/quantité et pour tout cela, je ne peux pas mettre plus de 2 étoiles."

"Wir haben hier wirklich oft und gerne gegessen/bestellt, aber heute fühlte ich mich doch sehr veräppelt. Die Vorspeisenplatte kostet plötzlich 5 Euro mehr und es ist weniger als die Hälfte drauf (gemessen an den letzten 2,5 Jahren). Hä? Inflation hin oder her, aber das hinterlässt kein schönes Gefühl. And the balls are great and also neat.: Pistachios ice, Stracciatella or lemon buttermilk and Cappuccino are just part of I can't write anymore, look at the photos and try the ice when you're in Potsdam! I give here full 5 stars! because so good ice cream has become so tasty and inexpensive today! "This may seem like one of those reviews that comes from a moaner.....as all of the other reviews are really positive .....but this is the truth of my experience. My husband and I choose this resturant for lunch....looked really nice and the menu suited us. We arrived at about 13:40 and our order was taken within about 10 minutes. We had ordered pizza off the specials menu so imagined that it wouldn't take too long. Then we waited. ..and we waited....and we waited. Eventually we caught the eye of the waitress and she came and advised us that it would be a few more minutes. After al.ost one hour in the restaurant we still had not been served our food. We called a waiter and he said that the chef was on his own and struggling. He could not tell us how much longer our food would be so we got up to leave. He ordered us to sit back down and he would find out how much longer our food would be. We were subsequently advised that it would be 5 more minutes. Meanwhile the parties siting to either side of us were also complaining.....one of these parties was in the restaurant before us and both parties had hungry children with them. Eventually at 14.55 we were served our pizzas. They were good so only reason I've scored 2 stars....but not worth waiting over one hour for."

"Hello, I have visited this place approx weeks ago with my friend and had a very unpleasant experience. It was Sun afternoon and we entered to check the menu (there's no menu on display outside) and the first thing we were told was that...they prepare genuine Italian food and if we're looking for Austrian Italian cuisine there are several take aways down the street. A bit surprised, we sat down and were given a hand written menu, the only one in the entire restaurant. While my friend went to the toilet, the owner of the place started to scream on one of his staff, a young waiter, for something that he missed doing. Everyone remained silent and my friend got so scared that she left the toilet in a hurry to see if there's a serious incident. We were all starring at the mad guy in disbelief. And the rest of the lunch went in the same way, not to mention about the fact that we asked (hesitantly) times for the bread and were thrown some on the table by the insane person. Stay away, unless you like being badly mistreated on your own money. The guy is Italian and is probably dreply frustrated about something, i suggest him to see a doctor urgently!"

"The four-star hotel is located on the western edge of potsdam, right on the lake. we found it through the hotel signs in potsdam without problems. at the reception we received a card for the parking garage, with which we could drive to the parking garage and leave it at any time. per day were needed for parking garage 7 euro. the railway station pirschheide and a tram stop were very close. the congress hotel was a hotel with long distance. we ran from the chair a whole piece into our room. in the garden floor then again some steps to the restaurant zitrone or further to the breakfast restaurant graf zeppelin. the building complex was designed according to the history of the site. the address is not via “Am Luftschiffhafen”. graf zeppelin worked here about a hundred years ago, built the largest airship hall in Germany. the decoration of the hotel was appropriate, everywhere suspended small model restricting on the deck. the prices were amazingly moderate for a four-star house. in the restaurant lemon, which we visited in both nights, was raised kitchen offered to lift but not overpriced trips. on the lobby bar also foods were offered that were simpler and cheaper. drinks prices were also affordable. beer and wein not much more expensive than in average restaurants. in the spirits of the bar was said to be careful: there were 4 cl each offered. Especially in the good whisky selection we found the prices abundantly covered. There were “regional specialties” such as sea-horn spirit and liqueur, leaner spirit and liqueur, regional obstler. these were offered for quite normal travel. the breakfast buffet was extensive. there was ruchei, boiled egg, sausage, roasted speck, various broth and broth varieties. to a good choice. of course also my beloved birchermüesli, yogurt etc. on Sundays a brunchbuffet is also offered from 10.00 clock on the weekend, Saturday and Sunday, the open airbar was opened directly on the lake due to the beautiful weather. we haven't used them, so we can't judge them. the personal was a good one for himself. we wondered how hostile and yet clear the people can make clear what they think of them. maybe it was partly thought out, only not exclusively. in the restaurant it was very remarkable at the first night that the guests were treated on the tables left and right next to us and received recommendations for their eating while we were only distributed over the menus and then asked what we wanted to eat. the same employee!(was very accommodating to us at our second visit in the next night and spoke out recommendations. why not? in the breakfast room we were dressed on the first day, the small two tables on the window are reserved, we like to sit on a larger table that we were kindly told. until the end of the breakfast the reserved tables were not occupied. I ordered a milk coffee for breakfast. the coworker stood with my milk coffee in the hand about a meter from the table and slept with her colleague until she finally felt comfortable serving him. on the second day, Sunday, other employees were in breakfast service, which was much more accommodating. here again an obvious difference in behavior. Overall I spend 3.5 stars, which makes four stars rounded. more is not in him because when the personal air is on. Otherwise, the hotel with its restaurants is highly recommended. "Leider war unser Besuch zum Brunch den wir schon Wochen zuvor reserviert hatten nicht ganz das Erlebnis was wir uns gewünscht hatten.Auch wenn es besonders warm war an diesem Tag wünsche ich mir schon dass das Buffet regelmäßig aufgefüllt wird. Ständig fehlten Butter, Brot, Käse, Wurst ect .und wurden erst auf unseren Hinweis nachgereicht. Der Warmanteil am Brunchbuffet war ausreichend und schmackhaft, so wie alle angebotenen Speisen auch schmackhaft waren. Bestellungen wurden erst in längeren Abständen gebracht oder teilweise sogar vergessen. Leider waren auch die Säfte nicht gekühlt, bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur wäre das zu erwarten gewesen.Dies war ein gemeinsames Familientreffen um einen Geburtstag zu feiern, hatte ich mir besser vorgestellt, zumal wir eine größere Gruppe (mehr als 10 Personen) waren und dies ja lange im voraus reserviert hatten. Zu aller fairness muss ich aber auch sagen, dass das Personal immer freundlich und höflich war, leider aber total mit ihrer Aufgabe überfordert.So wie ich es sehen konnte handelt es sich dabei um ein noch recht junges Team und baue dabei auf die hoffentlich noch vorhandene Lernbereitschaft, denn ein Brunchbufet mit ich schätze mal insgesamt 35 Gästen sollte ein/e Gastronom/in problemlos bewältigt bekommen."

"Staying in Berlin, but we were on a day trip to Potsdam area.. Saw this Italian restaurant beside the river and decided to try for a table.. Sunny Saturday lunchtime.. Tables outside mostly all taken and when we walked in the door it looked busy...but.. The guy.. Looked like the manager.. Found us a window table for We ordered two pizzas and lasagne.. You can actually see the young guys preparing the pizzas from scratch.. I have visited Italy many times and these were pretty authentic to be honest. And huge! My wife had the lasagna and said it was perfetto.. Great food.. Very good price given the location.. (I expected it to be more expensive).. The restaurant is really clean.. Lovely decor and nice ambience.. Happy to recommend.."

"Wir wollten heute essen gehen und haben einen Tisch bestellt für 10 Personen. Leider kamen 4 Leute nicht, die haben uns diese Info aber leider erst vor der Tür gegeben, so dass wir zu sechst rein gegangen sind. Hier wurden wir vom Kellner gleich mit der Frage begrüßt, wo der Rest wäre. Wir erklärten die Situation, stießen aber leider auf völliges Unverständnis. Immer wieder kam der Hinweis, wir hätten rechtzeitig Bescheid geben müssen. Der Kellner nahm dann das überflüssige Besteck und knallte es förmlich in die Schublade zurück. Danach erschien der Koch/Chef und ranzte uns nochmal zusammen, das wir nicht komplett erschienen sind. Somit nahmen wir unsere Jacken und verließen das Lokal. Somit ging dem Lokal zehnfacher Umsatz verloren und nicht nur vierfacher. Sowas unfreundliches habe ich lange nicht erlebt. Der eine Stern ist hier schon zuviel. Wir sind dann in der benachbarte Lokal Glücksfisch gegangen und die restlichen 4 Personen kamen dann doch auch noch dazu. Hier wurden wir auch sehr freundlich empfangen und das Essen war lecker!"
