"Aloha! Mehrmals hatte ich nun schon das Vergnügen, im Waikiki Burger Restaurant das köstliche Speisensortiment durchzuprobieren. Die Bürger und Sandwiches sind hervorragend. Pommes oder andere Beilagen können für einen kleinen Aufpreis dazu bestellt werden. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und emsig. Es gibt leckere Drinks und tolle Spezialangebote. Das Ambiente ist wie im Urlaub: Warm, tropische Pflanzen, Schirme, Surfbretter. Alles wie auf Hawaii. Wirklich sehr schön. Das einzige, was stört, ist, dass dort Durchgangsverkehr zu Karstadt herrscht. Ständig rennen Shoppingwütige an einem vorbei. Das ist etwas anstrengend. Außerdem muss man für die Toiletten eine Weile suchen und dann zwei Stockwerke hochsteigen. Wirklich sauber sind sie nicht. Ich weiß aber auch nicht, ob das von dem Lokal allein genutzt wird, oder ob auch andere Einrichtungen ihre Gäste dorthin schicken. Sie ist prinzipiell jedem zugänglich."

"Wir haben uns nach längerer Zeit mal wieder auf den Augustiner gefreut. Nach der Schließung wurde alles positiv aufgepeppt und um zum wunderbaren Biergarten zu gelangen, muß man an der Küche vorbei. Eine professional geführte Küche sieht anders aus.Wir bestellten das leckere Augustiner Hell. Ein Bier war warm. Die freundliche und fixe Kellnerin bog diesen dicken Fehler gerade.Aber jetzt zum Essen: Der Leberkäse war in viel zu viel Fett gebraten (Fritteuse?) und der Kartoffelsalat hatte mit dem bayrischen Rezept auch nicht viel zu tun. Die Nürnberger waren völlig trocken gebraten, die Soße ein Haufen dicker Pampe und das Püree aus der Tüte. Das hatte schon Kantinenqualität und man leider fragen: was hat der koch für ein Beruf gelernt.Ein Punkt für den Biergarten, ein Punkt für die Kellnerin. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist mehr als dünn, leider."

Nach einem kurzen Telefonat mit der Mitarbeiterin bekam ich eine Pizza nach Wahl kostenfrei zugeliefert. Fehler passieren bzw. manchmal übersieht man etwas aber es kommt darauf an, wie man es löst. "Nous sommes allés deux fois dans ce restaurant pour les repas du soir. La première fois, la nourriture était excellente! Mercredi schnitzel ... Pommes de terre au four .. Le service était très bon et la dame était très polie même dame le vendredi! La deuxième visite vendredi, les mêmes menus étaient totalement ... différents ... La sauce sur les escalopes était inexistante ... Le poulet avec des pommes de terre au four était mariné complètement différemment et la salade était différente. J'avais des tagliatelles aux crevettes ... Encore quelques coquilles auraient dû être mélangées avec du pepperonis ... Aucun trouvé. La femme a trouvé un cheveu dans sa pomme de terre cuite au four aussi. Les matjes étaient bonnes et les saucisses au curry aussi bien. J'ai demandé à la serveuse si c'était un autre chef ... Elle a dit oui. Elle a essayé de compenser la nourriture en offrant du café. Un beau geste qui a été accepté. Donc pour résumer ... C'est un bon endroit si vous frappez le bon cuisinier. La chambre à l'arrière était excellente et privée pour notre groupe d'adultes et d'enfants. Est-ce que je reviendrais? Oui ... comme la première soirée était vraiment sympa"

"this restaurant was recommended by the staff of the hotel we stayed. we wanted to eat a place with good, regional food. the food was mediocre. the rest of the experience was terrible. If we know that I unfortunately have a food allergy, we went early on...day to check the menu. when we saw that there were actually courts that I would have, we made a reservation. we arrived on time and waited for an almost uncomfortable time to even be recognized. our QR codes were checked and we finally sat. Once we had set ourselves, our experience began to feel. my partner (DE citizen) expressly ordered and mentioned no gluten at our waiter. they assured us that it was not a problem because the meal ordered for me was not advertised. the first dish was wonderful, an egg and a kartoffel with a sauce. then the derée arrived. Prussian gulasch with beer, potato dumplings. with breadcrumbs above? we have informed the waiter. they gave the debt to the kitchen staff and removed my teller. my teller has returned, no broth crumbs. I was then assured by the waiter that there was absolutely no gluten. that is not the case. my belief is that the dumplings were replaced and the meat was reheated. I started an almost immediate reaction to the court. to the luck not an anaphylaxis reaction, as an outpatient to call on holiday is never good. my dining room partner ended my meal as there was no waiter to find. they reappeared to take our dishes, as there were still food on them, that confused us. then a coffee was brought. we wanted the ****. the waitress was told by the allergen diskrepanz and assured us again that it was the fault of the kitchen staff. she would never and keep her posture. then I pointed out to the Amaretti cookie, on the spoon, on the teller, with my coffee, that she prepares. do not go here if they suffer from any food allergies. do not go here if they want the waitress to do as if they care about the service they offer. combined, my dining room partner and I have over 50 years in the food service business, so we can understand definitiw. but that was too much. "Im Da Vinci fühlten wir uns gleich gut aufgehoben . Bei perfekten Sommerwetter konnten wir unsere Speisen draussen genießen. Das Restaurant liegt etwas versteckt im Hinterhof ,im März wären wir sicherlich daran Vorbeigelaufen,jetzt fiel uns die Tafel mit den Tagesgerichten auf.Ob gegrillte Dorade, die selbstgemachte Pasta oder auch die Antipasta waren sehr schmackhaft und erkennbar frisch angerichtet.Abgerundet wurde der Abend durch eine gute Weinauswahl und einem sehr freundlichen Service.Hier waren wir zum ersten mal...und ganz sicher nicht zum letzten Mal ! Empfehlenswert !"

It’s summer time and I was waiting for the bus and there were not supermarket near by and I came inside and the owner, he spoke very bad german and I asked could I buy a bottle of water, I was tired and thirsty and he wanted to charge me 4€ for 1 liter of water. We all know it’s an exaggeration and clearly he wanted to take advantage and charge more. Where is the ethic? In Germany most of the people are honest and this guy should be more humble and more fair. 4€ for 1 liter of water. Hope he does not over charge for his sushi. Honest people always do good for the society. Hope he realizes not all is about charging extra.A bit of consciousness"

"Friends took us to visit San.Souci Park in Potsdam and we stopped at the Drachenhaus for lunch. I am unable to comment on the standard of food and service we didn’t stay to find out! The appalling standard of customer service was to blame....Despite plenty of empty tables they were unable to provide a table for six people for lunch. We suggested pushing two tables together to accommodate us but that was a”push” too far. The answer was an emphatic no. We would have to have two separate tables or nothing. Our German host remonstrated with the waiter but the waiter was adamant, we couldn’t all sit together for lunch. The final insult when our friend informed the waiter that we were the customers was the response “and I am the Kaiser”. At this point we voted with our feet and left with our money still in our wallets. Great customer service. What!!"
