"Whenever I travel to Germany, I try to get to Dusseldorf to have dinner at Sila Thai. Of course, like everyone, I was working from home during the pandemic, but finally, I got my wings back, and this week made my first trip to Europe...in about months. Last night I was in Dusseldorf and had another incredible dinner at Sila Thai. Although the restaurant was full, the beautifully designed dark wooden interior makes you feel comfortable and pleasantly relaxed. The service, like always, was gracious and the food is authentic Thai with great flavors, textures, and freshness. I started my dinner with a cocktail and the Sila Thai mix of appetizers that includes a flame to further warm the offerings as well as add an additional glow to the ambiance. The wine list is diverse and very reasonable. As before, the experience exceeded my expectations. I'll be back in Dusseldorf in three weeks, and I'll make sure to return to Sila Thai."

"as a birthday present for my wife I choose the restaurant Im-Ship. I doubted between other 2-star-Michelin restaurants in a wide circle, but ultimately decided to use Im-Schiffchen. our experiences with German Michelin star restaurants have not been very good so far, so we came with a very low level of expectations and I must say: "how wrong can a man be"! our experience was incredible! and this is probably an understatement. as a passionate gourmet we travel around the globus to enjoy beautiful eating. so they can imagine that it is hard to get to our top 10 list of favourite restaurants. now, Chef Jean-Claude bourgueil and his great staff have made it to a common 3rd place!The menu of the chef was perfect, the ambiente perfect (the football match between Germany and Italy took place during our visit - so we enjoyed this in the naval diner)? the ambiente of enzo in the naval) and the eating was great! it must be said that every single dish is unconventional (which is very unusual) with details, with creativity, but above all with taste surprised. we really don't understand why this restaurant doesn't hold the star they had for so long. of course it is not a new kitchen, but definitiw no old kitchen and by the way - if so, then it was still the hammer! so short: we come back and advise everyone in the space between paris, berlin, brüssel urgent and amsterdam to visit in the navy! and especially for the Dutch: price / quality is extremely good! Aside from your customized original ice cream scoops, you can get different types of presentations. From floats, banana splits, parfaits with fruits, and even spaghetti ice cream (yes, I was shocked to ! Price- Ranging from 5-8 euros, I was a bit surprised on how spendy this place is for ice cream. Especially when local ice creameries (did i just make that up? sell ice cream cones with one scoop for .80 cents. Sure, this place decorates it, throws in some fruit and syrup.. but still a little steep! I tried the spaghetti ice cream, only because everyone thought I was nuts to not know what it is. Despite the pasta sounding name, it's just ice cream pressed through a machine to resemble spaghetti noodles! Top it with some strawberry sauce, and boom! Pasta is served! My friend ordered what seemed to be vanilla ice cream topped with fresh raspberries... The ice cream is good.. but I can't differentiate between the other local places and this place. Am I missing something? If so, please pass on some tips on what I should have ordered. Glad I tried it since it's so busy. But again, not so sure the big deal. Maybe it's not fair as I'm more of a meats type of gal, and pass on the sweets..."

Was mich aber auch nicht wundert, wenn der Rest der Karte auch so gut ist wie die Pizza."
