"this assessment is based on the overall experience. this evening, the seahorse visited for a very special occasion and had something different than something special. thinking back into the “Seahorse of old” was an experience in which one could feel, wanted and appreciated. we left last night the feeling as if it was now a special club we were not members. I used the feedback at the time of the “Style over Substance”, but in fairness the problems did not quite articulate, it is that I felt that just attention was paid to the wrong things, e.g., how dinge appear instead of taking care of the detail of what is actually, i.e. the above mentioned note. if I could score a few areas separately, this would change the star rating. for example, one of the waiter dec, had great knowledge and was beautiful, certainly a credit to the place, as well as the kitchen was on point. eating was fantastic. So, with that said why the three stars? I just don't know what this restaurant is trying to be? if listened to a request to dimme the lighter in the private escapade, the catina versus the seahorse (probably again for occurred) than pay attention to the detail of their actual customers. clear glasses away, replace cutlery in time, make sure that a cure is deleted before the next arrival. give them to all the tables the same focus, instead of leaving feeling certain that are important and others not. I miss the feeling that the seahorse had earlier, and that they had in opposition. I was underwhelmed last night. for me, a meal should always be a special occasion to enjoy an experience, no matter what. But the feeling from the left was not important and we did not."
