"One of the best places I've been to for Italian style pizza. They have two kinds of pizza; On the one hand, the Roman, which is crunchy and with a spongy dough, and on the other, the Napoletana, which is soft, without structure, with a very thin dough in the middle and with swollen edges. In our case, to try both types we ordered 3 Napoletanas and 1 Roman. Of the Napoletanas, the Idiazabal, the Magnifica and the one of the month; the first one was undoubtedly the best, a 10. The other two were delicious but for example in the magnificent Burrata it had too much presence and took away from other ingredients. Despite this, in all 3, the flavor, the texture and above all, the dough, spectacular. La Trentina was the one we chose from the Roman options. The quality ingredients and very rich (they have an incredible flavor, especially the tomato and the Speck); In addition, the dough is also very good, on point and super crunchy. Between the two styles I prefer the Napoletano; the mix of ingredients with that dough is amazing. In any case, I also recommend trying some Roman, it's worth it. For dessert there were only two options. The chocolate cake was rich but it seemed very average to me; a lot of chocolate flavor and little else. However, the Tiramisu (very creamy) essential if you like this dessert; Of the best I've ever had. The place is cozy but the tables are close together. The staff very friendly and attentive; At first it took us a long time to serve (about 30 minutes) but then the pizzas came out quickly. I don't give it 5 stars since I missed some more dessert and especially some typical Italian starter option before the pizzas. Likewise, if you are only interested in pizza, it is one of the best places in Bilbao to eat it. "First of all, explain that on this occasion we did not go to eat your usual letter, but rather the menu that was made available certain days on time. To begin with, we had time with limestones and following the restaurant on social media we knew they were going to offer a menu on the dates. I think it's good to announce it on social networks etc. but we got a surprise when they took the dates, we immediately called on the phone to book, and they told us that the reservation could only be made online and when they opened the days warning on social networks. The first one to see him stays. We were attentive, but I think that this way is likely to exclude older people or not used to social media. the menu consisted of:-ration of sausages and tomato bread with alioli -calçots to the brasa with homemade romescu salsa -butifarra blanca y negro -postre to choose from among regular desserts as a negative part I will say that in no place they reported on the dishes of which the menu nor the price (for that I am making this review, in front of the diners of next year). In our case, it would have been nice to know the dishes beforehand, since at the table there was a pregnant woman who could not eat the incoming. I'm sure if I had previously commented, they would have arranged some other dish. the quality of the food however, excellent, as always. generous portion of calçots, although initially it may seem little, then fills a lot. price of 38€ per menu, it seems correct so we ate and knowing the price of the weekend menus of the area. In short, he would repeat the next year, although he would appreciate more facilities for the reserve, without having to be watching the nets all the time."
