Zizzi (tower Place)

The staff is really mean! Hands down the worst restaurant we‘ve ever been to. If you ever visit London you should not go there unless there‘s a new staff. Plus, it was way too expensive.

The vegan options (it is not a vegan restaurant) were so good and gave excellent value for the money, we visited 2 Zizzi restaurants. The service on the Tower Hill location was very nice. Mid price.

Relaxed venue, close to Tower Pier. We had olives and King Prawn Spiedini, followed by Chicken Calabrese. Food was delicious and really well presented! New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc was a good choice. Voir le carte

The atmosphere and location of this restaurant are fantastic. The food is fresh and beautifully presented, making it a definite winner. Even though the place is usually busy, you have the option to order from your table using your phone.

The staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly and accommodating. When my husband and I came in for a click and collect order, they informed us that they were out of the dish I had ordered. However, they quickly prepared a replacement dish for me at no additional charge.

We booked a pre-theatre lunch and had a really enjoyable visit. We opted for the Chicken Milanese and Sea Bass and Mediterranean vegetables meals. The food was excellent and in terms of quantity and quality. Staff were really friendly and ensured we were looked after. We will definately return when we are in the area. Voir le carte

The service at this Zizzi branch is beyond appalling. Drinks came after food. Pizza cutters missing. Waiters have to be waved down multiple times to order stuff. Half the dessert elements were missing and cutlery not provided. Drinks served without trays. No check back done. I know this is a chain but surely this is basic customer service???

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this restaurant. The manager was extremely helpful and the staff were incredibly polite and friendly. The cocktails and food were amazing. I would definitely visit again because of the outstanding food and service, despite the difficulties we had with our voucher from Red Letter Days. The staff went above and beyond to assist us in redeeming it. I would happily return to this restaurant anytime.

We were in London for almost 2 weeks and got takeout or dine in several times because this restaurant was 1) super tasty; 2) had great service; and, most importantly, 3) a terrific allergy program with fantastic gluten free food. The first question you get when you walk in is do you have any allergies? If so, they send you their allergy manager, who explains how to filter their online menu and order appropriately. We went to several of this chain in the UK and they were all like this! Each time I did takeout, the food was ready either right when I showed up or shortly thereafter. It was always hot and good and I was helped right away. Highly recommend! Voir le carte
