Called in on the spur of the moment, and glad we did. The gentleman who tool our order and looked after us was so lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The food was lovely and as always our eyes were too big for our bellys. Highly recommend this place x

Really lovely meal. I am a Big ravioli fan and this ravioli stuffed with goats cheese and spinach was best ever! Lemon cheesecake and cherry cheesecake also delicious ! All waitresses serving us were very friendly, efficient, super service. Will def come back- for that ravioli!

Several times we have been here. The staff today were nice. The vegan pizza delicious and my husband enjoyed his margarita. I’m glad I had the pizza as I saw the lasagna and was disappointed as it was such a small portion. Not cheap so don’t insult us by small portions. Or do they think they’re being smart and you have to order sides. It was so cold I was shivering. The food went cool very quickly because of this. Will not be back. Voir le carte

We had a fantastic meal, service was brilliant, food came quickly and piping hot. But more importantly was seriously impressed with their attentiveness to allergies. I am coeliac and was given am ipad to click on what I couldnt eat then the specific menu came up. No searching for the tiny gf sign or having to ask what can I have. Was so easy and a pleasure. I feel so confident eating there which I'd important for a coeliac sufferer. Thank you for this.

Amongst the Italian chains, one of the better experiences. Food was enjoyed by all, good portions, drink options good. Relatively expensive dishes by comparison of some venues, so for a chain it can add up quickly. Staff were friendly and attentive. I tend to tip well however do not appreciate in any venue, auto adding a service charge which is the case here, then missed this when paying the bill for others to tip more at the table. Any restaurant auto adding this is marks down for me and would tend to avoid.

Zizzi in St Andrews provided a delightful lunch experience. The pleasant weather allowed us to enjoy our meal outdoors, where we were warmly greeted by Vikki, the general manager. Vikki's exceptional service and recommendations led us to try the Rustica pizzas, which had a thin crispy base and were truly outstanding. The dessert selection, including tiramisu, cherry amaretto cheesecake, and a chocolate sundae, was equally impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend Zizzi for its great food and outstanding service! Visited on a Thursday around 1.30. We were 30 mins early for the booking but that was no problem. Lovely staff and a nice big airy restaurant. We order kid's margherita, pepperoni pizza, prawn linguine and the pollo/spanicio calzone. It was noted the linguine was the best yet and I loved the calzone, very filling. All other dishes were good and drinks were fairly priced. Service was prompt and very friendly. The only downside was the toilets which have rather grubby corridors and walls and some broken lighting.

Had a booking on a Sunday night, which they apparently didn’t have it on their books even though we had the email confirmation. We got a table and tried ordering on our phones to make it easier to split the bill however the previous persons bill was still showing because the servers had not closed it. One of the servers then said they closed it but it was still not working so we got another server over who said she had to “open” the table, so then we could order online (why did the first waitress not do that? . Food was good, hot and tasty. The service was very poor, they weren’t attentive and you can tell they didn’t want to be there.

I booked a table 5 days before I was meant to go and informed them that I have severe allergy, heard nothing back from them, I always phone 2 hours before to reiterate. I Was told by restaurant and head office customer service because I had an allergy (out with the 14 common ones) that I make an informed choice what was in the food! as their “ingredients are ever changing with suppliers due to complex supply chains” OR I could ask in advance what was in the meals, but was never informed of this EVEN though I told them days before. I have eaten here many times in the past and always been accommodating, not sure why this would change now. Voir le carte
