I absolutely love Zhans; it's my favorite takeout spot in Radcliffe. The food is delicious, consistently well-prepared, and the service is incredibly friendly. They have the best prawn toast I've ever tasted. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5!

If I could give I would no customer service skills rude passing through Radcliffe we got a take away after getting it home the food portions was small and the food looked poor once we sat dawn to eat my son had hair in his food so we rang them they asked us to bring the food back so we did we then was met with screaming and shouting the lady told us we just didn't want to pay this is not the case she then threatened us and our 10 year old swinging food at us swearing at us they are rude and hold no responsibility for the state of there food and customer service don't go here !!!
