Bellissimo posto , qualità dei piatti molto alta prezzo contenuto , personale preparato e disponibile . Locale molto consigliato per una serata romantica o in compagnia di amici .

L'ambiente è molto accogliente e la cucina è di alto livello. Di particolare rilevanza i piatti, curati nei minimi particolari e di gran effetto, da segnalare anche il menù, che propone sempre novità. I prezzi sono allineati al servizio e alla qualità. Assolutamente promosso e vivamente consigliato!

Siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante e, dopo svariate delusioni altrove, finalmente abbiamo trovato un ristorante degno di nota. Delizioso il cremoso di caprino, assolutamente da prendere. The restaurant's name recalls a bottle of wine, 0,75cc, and there is a good wine list. Very good food in Piedmontese tradition, especially in cooking techniques ... to say the Fassone Cheek with Nebbiolo overcooked cooks a whole night as it once did. Try it! Excellent slightly overwhelming. Exquisite food. Lots of choice. Good inexpensive wines. And digestives. Very very good food, a selection of meat, fish, pastas and other stuff. Far from a regular pizza pasta restaurant this is. Very far. Very Italian, not touristy at all. And not expensive. Charming staff. Nice, quiet, down to earth environment. €250 for 4, including lots of drinks and extra stuff.

Luogo accogliente alle porte della movida torinese del quadrilatero romano, molto carino, arredamento armonioso dal primo impatto. Personale giovane, disponibile, sorridente gentile e ben preparato! Menù prettamente piemontese, rivisitato, con piatti di ottima qualità che ne giustificano i prezzi in linea con i prodotti utilizzati, presentati in maniera eccellente. Locale nuovo ben arredato in chiave moderna con dei richiami che ti danno l'impressione di stare a casa.Personale preparato gentile e giovane.Piatti veramente particolari curati nei minimi dettagli dall'estetica al gusto.Soprattutto sanno mettere a proprio agio il cliente ,senza metterti alcun tipo di fretta.Servizi igienici pulitissimi e comodi.Cena prenotata tramite the fork con il quale ho usufruito di uno sconto, nonostante ciò prezzi conformi alla qualità dei prodotti.Ci ritornerò.

New place well furnished in a modern way with references that give you the impression of being at home. Friendly and young trained staff. Truly special dishes with attention to the smallest details from aesthetics to taste. Above all they know how to put the customer at ease, without put you in any kind of rush. Very clean and comfortable toilets. Dinner booked through the fork with which I received a discount, despite this the prices comply with the quality of the products. I will return.

On holidays in Turin, we visited Zerosettantacinque in search of a taste of Piemonte. We definitely found it, and it was amazing! The experience was great: our waiters, Alex and Rossella, managed a busy Saturday evening without loosing their friendly personality and were always ready to provide advice on the menu and information on the food. From the kitchen, chef Andrea put together a great tasting menu. From the delicate Vitello Tonnato to the powerful slow-cooked calf cheek, the crescendo of flavors took us all around Piemonte in a single evening.
