"We had a lovely dish of seitan, carrot zucchini, millet cooked in oven with onion and raisins and sunflowers seeds, which was our favourite. The place is tiny, but you can have a seat on a bar chair if you wan to stay in. The only downside of this healthy place is that they warm up the food in a microwave, which is hopefully a temporary solution. It's be a pity to waste all nutritions of such a good food. Soft drinks and a few kinds of cakes also available."

Great healthy restaurant which is quite uncommon in Apuglia. We had a nice bread with hummus and one with Mozarella. Tasted very good and a plate with some vegetables that our 3 year old appreciated. Only recommendation it to make an English menu, very little work, but makes it easier to choose :

Posto davvero bello, locale con cucina vegetariana e conosco anche a chilometro zero. Ogni giorno trovi diversi piatti pronti e hai molta scelta, possono essere sia caldi che freddi. Davvero particolare e non troppo elaborato. La caratteristica è che si paga per peso e non portare. Interno molto bello con 4/5 tavoli. Lo consiglio molto se siete nella zona!!
