ideal exit point (overnight) for hikes. excellent price-performance ratio. good predominantly regional weine. many weine in an open-sweet. excellently prepared and tasty meals. friendly and courteously managed operation.

the weather had unfortunately changed, we were in a high fog. the pleasant atmosphere does not break, however, the gaststube is equipped with plenty of wood cozy. the kitchen is ambitious and reasonable. a visit is worth all the cases, even despite the arrival. friendly good service, good wine card.

we have received a table at very short notice and were excellently hosted. we chose the bark livers that recommended us the friendly service and did not stand on the map. perfectly fried with delicious bratkartoffels. an excursion to the münstertal should always be connected to a visit in the zähringer hof. you don't know if you really want to recommend it - a secret tip is for freeburger long no longer and for the big one then too small ' but it's always more often booked but the too right: very careful presentation, fresh ingredients very good quality- especially the meat is highlighted- a bottom plate but in the whole band width do not combine so much that we are cooked up to a rehecking over

we were there twice during our holiday. the first time it was difficult, but also the farthest away is worth it!Service is extremely friendly and accommodating, it is always very happy to meet!The food is first class, all ingredients from the region, so absolutely fresh,perfect served and prepared. the taste is unbelievable.The location is heavenly, you can sit in summer also in the garden, the view into the landscape breathtaking! the prices are slightly higher, but absolutely reasonable!We will definitely come back!

We had dinner on two occasions during our stay at the same place. It was easily the best food we had on our trip to Germany. The presentation was exceptional, atmosphere laid back with a view to die for. I could go on and on about the stupendous service we received but it was outdone by the way the local produce like deer and trout were inculcated in the dinner served to us. Do try the game meat and local river trout if available on the menu. All in all one satisfied visit is what you are assured of when you visit the Zahringer !!! Voir le carte

we came for a birthday party with 12 people and were not disappointed. the visitor must already know where he wants to go, the restaurant is not too easy to find, but only his magnificent location with a view to the underground is worth looking for. the gastronomy :comfortable and with flair. the foods are rather badly delicious, very thirsty, not the absolute highlight, but you don't expect that here either. all ingredients seem freshly prepared, fish, wild and meat of good quality and outstanding taste. big lob to the kitchen! and to the friendly service!

we were eating the calfsmaul bags,where my wife was saying the."That these are the best maultäschle ever ever ever ever ever ever" and that were and are they so far also.Fantastic broth super meats great noodles rounded in melted butter and a hood semmelbrösel with cranberries...people are really great. for me there was the wild meats and I can say and repeat. good quality of the ingredients. Wonderful rounded cream sauce with pfifferlings and homemade in butter-swung bands.as gruss of the kitchen came forward only butter with brot...that I thought .but the butter also proved to be not normal commercial butter but as genuinely tasty self-made butter from their own milk from the hof.

we had booked over the long weekend in the zähringer hof (in the guest house) and all with half board. this costs 28€ extra and includes a 4-course menu. long talk short senses: qualitatiw very good, also with a certain whip, but... evening: selection for the main course between makrelenfilet and risotto. handcrafted well done, but a risotto is not a main course.2. In the evening: here was the choice of a blurred or rösti with a mirror. how quich quich has already complained about such half board menus: leber! many simply don't like. and again - rösti, even if it was good, is not a main dish.That was dissert remarkable. a ball self-made skyberry sorrow, two spoons of strawberry and a giant m...
