"While the ambience and service were pleasant, the Sentils menu did not live up to Michelin-Level expectations. We have dined in many renowned restaurants around the world (including Valencia) and unfortunately we found several courses quite unlikely. My husband called, it quit the gumy dry beef and refused to finish the meal (which almost never happened). For me, my appetite fought with the blood sausage paste, which had a very unpalatable chalky texture and cloning taste and with the cod (similar meals elsewhere that were much better executed). The wine recommendation was great, and the first few courses were not bad, but the taste and cohesion of the meal was simply not there. What should be a delightful birthday dinner that ended in disappointment, which is not a great experience for a meal of this prize."

The ambiance is great, the food is a tad bit too salty and smokey for me and my companions and missing a connection with other dish before and after last dish.The service was adequate.

o atendimento foi excecional e a comida excellent! presentaram nós com uma entrada delicious e, como um de nós fazia anos, trouxeram um brownie maravilhoso com uma candle, após a sobremesa. spaço com bom gosto, sophisticated, more detachable. highly recommended!

Muy buena experiencia. Super recomendable. Fuimos porque quería llevar a mi madre a un sitio especial para comer, y fue todo un acierto. Además de que el ambiente del local es ideal, la comida fue espectacular. Cogimos el menú degusta y ya se lo hemos recomendado a varios amigos y familiares. Además quiero comentar también, el buen trato de los camareros/as, nos hicieron sentir super cómodas. Nos explicaron plato por plato y nos dieron recomendaciones de cómo comerlo o en qué orden. Yo sin duda volveré, lo tengo claro.
