"my experience with this place was perhaps the worst for years. we arrived there in a very hungry foursome group. when we tried to order, we learned that half of the things we selected were not available. the waiter left our table very long to let us study the menu again. when we abandoned our second order, it was not available. I wanted to ask if he could recommend something because I don't know how to use the Bavarian kitchen, but he's already gone. at this point, 30 minutes after the beginning of the experience, we would rather have left, but we had already drinks and the half of their group has successfully abandoned an order. When the waiter came back, I asked him if there was anything left out, and got a happy laughing answer that I should try him. No, really no, old man. I have worked long as a waitress, but you don't even need experience in this area to know that customers should normally be informed immediately if something is not available! strangely, the next thing I chose was actually out, so we just took some of the very, very expensive menu that seemed affordable. ten minutes later the first fish came. Thirty minutes later the next. and a half an hour, the last! plus points for us: we have shared everything and strengthened our friendly experience. minus points: unbearable hunger. when we pointed out that we would have liked to have all eaten at once (and perhaps not wait after an hour), our cheerful waiter told us that the cook is alone today and there is really nothing he could have done about it. 1. Sorry goes far, sometimes they try. 2. he could have told us. If we had known that nothing we wanted was available and we had to wait an hour, we would have gone. at the end we got a crazy bill and for the first time in our lives, none of us left a drink. I have to say that I hated the food, but the rest of the group found it ok. completely overpriced, but ok. there are still many other traditional Bavarian places in coins where the food is excellent, the price is reasonable and the service is competent and brought to the point."
