"Visits Medica after a long Friday. The whole experience was a complete contrast to the packed restaurants in the old town during the fair. It's a long taxi ride from the hotel ships, but it's worth it. The menu is not long, but everything... was fresh and the ingredients are obviously of the highest quality. The Gänseleber-Terrine was wonderful, like the Monkfish main course. We had to choose wines for us, and he delivered a great number of wines to what has proven reasonable prices. The highlight for me was the Riesling selection with the pudding, as well as any dessert wine I've ever tasted, but the earlier courses were accompanied by wines that were just as good. We definitely go back to Medica 2012! Or maybe we'll come back with our women before."
