"Very comfortable restaurant, and the front-of-house staff very welcoming and charming.The food itself was somewhat disappointing. I tried the vegetarian tasting menu for dinner. The starters were innovative, and done with precision. The main courses were not worthy of the prices. The lentils were very watery; the butter-paneer was overly sweetened (and the paneer had a very industrial texture; didn't feel like made from scratch in the kitchen; not what I would expect from a restaurant and chef of this standing), and overall, the dishes felt a bit under-seasoned and flavorless. The naan and rice accompanying the main-course were very good.The salty lassi was way too dense -- it was difficult to drink. It seemed like the wrong kind of yogurt had been used to make the lassi.Overall, I felt that for the prices, they could have come up with a more ambitious menu. And since it is called "Indian Food Festival", they could have tried to stick to more 'authentic' levels of spicing instead of catering to Swiss palettes -- let people discover what Indian food really is like!"

we thought we booked the brunch, but there was no brunch on that Sunday. still we had a very nice lunch with excellent service and a eckish with magnificent view of the lake.

Great menu and wine selection. Exceptional level of service from very knowledgeable staff. Ambience is outstanding, particularly in the evening during the Christmas season. Had a thoroughly enjoyable dinner date.

Très bien, peut être manque-t-il un peu de fraîcheur sur le carpaccio et un peu de chaleur pour le plat, un peu d'attente pour le service des boissons, plus de poissons frais entiers alors que la table qui est arrivée après nous a pu choisir ses poissons... Mais bon, très beau cadre et des mets excellents.

Had their Indian degustation menu which tuned out to be nothing more than an average Indian meal. Food was bland. Presentation average. The service was good and so was the table where we sat, right by the windows. Maybe this restaurant offers better traditional / Swiss food but their Indian menu was a huge let down.
