"we (5 people have waited 2 hours for dinner. about 50 minutes after the order they apologized for the first time for the waiting period. in the did it took an hour. every 15 minutes we heard a new excuse. so many unexpected guests have come. I have never experienced such a logistic chaos in decades of the gast experience. we were (and are still so upset about this treatment that we did not accept the offer of a free drink round. ah yes: we had reserved ourselves, and we also have been very good; even though it is not important: eating was in order. ideology: I'm sure I'll never be back!"
