Wild Mint Cafe - Carte

Fab staff, lovely coffee and great venue/atmosphere. It’s my go to when I’m in skipton and need caffeine!

Refused to stamp my loyalty card because I got Meercat discount. Seems to depend who serves you as this has never happened before in this branch or Ilkley over at least 12 months.

Not a bad spot, was clean and staff very helpful. Tables clean and cleared quickly. Decent coffee and prices same as most places. Toilets were a bit grotty though, could have been cleaner. Disabled access . Voir le carte

We have been to a few Caffè Nero’s, this was the cleanest with lovely decor. Service was efficient, quick friendly. Used the Three Rewards app for a £1 Drink whilst still being able to collect loyalty stamps which is a bonus Sat upstairs, comfy seating with plenty of space available

It’s a wee while since we have been in this branch of the chain and, from a decor perspective, it is still in need of a bit of a refurb. Don’t get me wrong it’s clean and tidy just very dull. The location is ideal, being right in the town centre, and the service and coffees very good.

I stopped by this restaurant to get a cup of coffee, but the barista's attitude was disappointing. While serving a Caucasian woman in front of me, she was smiling and happy, but when it was my turn, she made a face. The following customer after me received a warm smile from the barista. The barista at this restaurant was extremely disrespectful and patronizing. When I ordered a skinny latte and a cappuccino, he questioned my choices and insinuated that I should have ordered a skinny cappuccino instead. He even asked if I wanted him to use two different kinds of milk, making me feel like I was being judged for my drink choices. I felt humiliated and uncomfortable for simply asking for a skinny drink. It was not a pleasant experience.

I have been a customer at Nero's in Skipton for many years, and I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. In my experience, there has never been any rude or discriminatory behavior towards me or my friends, whether they are British or non-British. It is unfair to make baseless accusations against the staff, who work hard to provide excellent service. I believe that they deserve credit for their dedication and professionalism. Keep up the good work, Nero Skipton!

Ordered my cappuccino around 8:15am waited 6 7 minutes and all I could see the barista do was fill up the pastry/cakes counter. I asked if I could pls get my drink as I’m running a little late to which she replied “there are more orders than just you! We have Uber orders too!” In a very condescending tone. I literally thought she forgot about my order. She then proceeded to make my order looked over at me and rolled her eyes back. I just walked out at that point.
