We were tired and sat in the first restaurant where we arrived with an empty table. The food was acceptable for the money you paid. The food was cheap here.

We went to dinner. Ordered two starters that were very mixed. The most important courses were underused and the staff was very unfriendly. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We went there, wanted to have a carving, the meat was really good, portions maybe a little smaller than other restaurants, but for me it is more than good (at least I had eaten the whole carving; . Good beers, nice service. Prices in the city centre. Beautiful location, close to everything, but in a quiet street.

A beautiful ground floor to serve Austrian food in a kind of modern atmosphere, the menu consists essentially of different types of carving and salad in addition to some other articles. I have both tried their restaurants in the city center of Vinna for fast meals, probably nothing extraordinary but beautiful in general.

War mit meinem Freund dort, wir hatten beide ein Cordon bleu mit Pommes. Das Cordon bleu war wirklich gut aber die Pommes waren nicht mehr ganz so knusprig. Preiselbeeren muss man extra verlangen, sind nicht automatisch dabei. Gaststätte und Wc sind sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Für die Wiener Innenstadt war der Preis normal.

Wir hatten Hendlgröstl, Tafelspitz, Kinderschnitzel und einen Kaiserschmarrn. Die drei Hauptgerichte waren heiss temperiert und haben uns geschmeckt. Der Kaiserschmarrn war leider aus Fertiggteig. Habe mich schon gewundert warum der schon 10 Minuten nach Bestellung gebracht wurde. Dauert nomalerweise sonst mindestens 20 Minuten. Geschmacklich eben auch wie Fertigteig aus dem Supermarkt. Bedienungen waren freundlich. Lokal war sauber und aufgeräumt. Toiletten sauber. Sterneabzug für den Fertigteig und die recht hohen Preise.

Didn't realize this is a chain restaurant. But on Christmas Eve, many places in Vienna were closing by 2:30 for the holiday. I was near the Hofburg Palace and needed lunch. This was the first open spot I found. It's very large inside. Service was quick and friendly. English and credit card, no problem. The championschnitzel was delicious. Fried unbreaded pork covered in a mushroom sauce with rice. The cordon bleu was different, there were onions inside with the cheese and ham. For Americans- the water still isn't served with ice, but it's really cold and in a huge glass !!

Visit several times in last 3 weeks the outlet including the other outlet close by Stephan’s Dom , verdict: Service so far so good , food quality questionable , as primary cuisine Austrian Restaurant a disappointment, first visit went so far so good well , except a chipped plate , second visit Zwiebel Rost braten, strange texture and taste , Marillen Palatschinken rubbery texture, 3 visit cevapcici Kaiser Schmarren tread full, as well Rinder bouillon with Leberknödel very salty even I love it on the salty side and per magic the chipped plate returned, tried to send you a personal message on your webpage unfortunately it was not going true , !

I might have given it a 2/5 if it weren't for the fact that I was charged 0,80 Euro for a glass of tap water! And by this, Wienerwald crushed the last bit of happy memory I had left of this food chain from my childhood. As a matter of fact, Wienerwald belongs to the fast food category in every respect: second-rate, understaffed, hectic, noisy, completely lacklustre. There were three waiters for the whole restaurant on a festive afternoon trying to cope with demands by hungry tourists. Borderline chaos.
