Food excellent. Good menu. Steak baguette top quality. Scampi excellent. Room lovely but airless. No opening window. Car park large on a slope. Plenty of space no height restriction.

My party of five had a delightful dining experience at this restaurant. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious. Overall, it was a decent experience with good food at a reasonable price. I will definitely return next time I am in the area. Keep up the great work! Voir le carte

I called Elizabeth to discuss a wake for a family funeral and she made the whole process so easy via email. On the day the food was delicious, the hospitality offered by the staff was friendly and welcoming and a very sad occasion turned into a bit of a party. Thanks to all at The White Hart Inn.

We stayed at this restaurant for 2 nights. The room was quite warm and did not have a window to open, but the bathroom was clean and new. It was advertised as a deluxe room, but it did not meet our expectations in terms of soundproofing. The music did stop at 11:15 on Saturday night. However, the breakfast was very good and the parking was convenient. The staff were also friendly.

We recently celebrated a family occasion at the White Hart Inn in Cinderford. The pub had just reopened after a refurbishment, and we were impressed with the bright and comfortable atmosphere. The attentive waiting staff served us delicious food, and we felt well taken care of. Despite the challenge of a large group of 16, Liz and the staff handled it excellently. After frequenting this restaurant for many years, I visited today to meet some family for drinks and was unexpectedly confronted by the owner about an unpaid bill of £8.95 from 10 months ago in front of a full pub. Despite visiting multiple times in the past 10 months, we were never notified of any outstanding balance. When we inquired about the bill today, we were told it was not important and that they no longer had record of it. We reluctantly paid the bill, but received no thanks for doing so. The way we were treated was appalling and we are still shocked by the handling of the situation. It would have been more appropriate for them to address the issue in a polite and discrete manner. We stayed in a room sold as a Deluxe King Room The room was booked as their website described it to have a King Size bed. On arrival we found the bed to be a standard double bed! We queried this to be told they do not have king size beds in the building and the description of the room related to the quality of the room and not the size of the bed as was they don 't have king size beds. After looking at their website it still shows the room to have a king size bed. Therefore, in my opinion the room was mis sold. The room must have been clean as it smelt very strongly of bleach A used tea bag was found on the floor by the bin. The web site says Soundproofed Windows but they are definitely not!...

The negatives first -On arrival the outside looked very dilapidated. There was weeds everywhere and it was in desperate need of a lick of paint. The windows were dirty and you could see stuff stacked up on the sills inside. It was with trepidation that we stepped inside. However, the bar and restaurant area were nicely furnished, even though the carpet was filthy. We found it strange to have to order our breakfast the day before and there was only an hour during which it was available 8-9. A little early if your on you're holidays.
