restaurant quite classy, very good reception, service in English, but too few French wines on the map

wellness ok, massage highly recommended, sauna cozy, swimming pool ok.The eating and the staff was very good.Overnight Parking in the parking hall recommended.Internet should be included and the access easier.

we enjoyed this Christmas buffet. very bad quality for a house with high standards. convience of the lowest drawer. Milka muffins to the dessert were only the final point. salat buffet with white green salate. goose bumps or salmon with spaghetti, ready-made potato dumplings and brokkoli. pfannik noodles are more high quality qualitatiw. the unfriendly personal completes the image. here everyone was too much. we were recently in the waldeck spa resort with friends for an extended weekend. we had visited all the restaurants of the hotel and in everyone there is one or other thing you could improve. the bardame didn't know her card, a waiter was just standing around and did nothing and another waiter was quite unfriendly. the takeoff was the winery! here absolutely everything was right! nice welcome, great food, great wine recommendation, cozy ambiente. the young man who leads the wine cellar has made up again by his friendliness and charm all the mistakes of his colleagues! we are looking forward to the next visit in the waldeck spa resort and especially the wine cellar!

I had the opportunity to get to know this hotel in the frame of a cure stay. what is immediately noticeable at the beginning is the high motivation and friendliness of the coworkers, especially the herr schrenk, who leads with much love his hotel here. seems to me, he's always trying to make a little bit more attractive. as he can be seen again and again, as all here are very striving. one of many young special art is the kitchen. the critique, I can't even understand, I haven't had a meal until now, which has not tasted wonderfully. in a talk with the cook, it quickly became clear that he also delights his work and that you taste. a spa department in the cellar with thermal soles and fitnes...
