Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse

Jake was an excellent server who kept us entertained throughout our meal, despite my unusual requests. Lisa is the friendliest person I have ever encountered, and I wish she could be my adoptive mother.

What a lounge! Spacious and loads of seating, quiet away from a busking terminal below. Food and drink is excellent and served to the table once the app is scanned, chill out areas and fitness zone also available. Best lounge by far I’ve experienced.

The Virgin Clubhouse is first rate I have not been here for some time (I usually fly emirates first) but the staff at this club lounge are absolutely amazing. The staff at this restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was good and they even offer free newspapers and drinks. However, the elevator was not working as of February 2024, so you have to navigate through T3 to get to the restaurant. The decor looks a bit worn and could use some updating, but the staff make up for it with their excellent service.

This was our first trip to this lounge and it did not disappoint. From arriving at the checking desk in the upper class wing to arriving into the lounge we were well looked after as we would expect from the Virgin brand. The food was lovely, we were there a few hours and did try a few dishes. The signature cocktail was amazing. We just could not fault the lounge in any way. Can’t wait to fly again so we can experience the lounge again.

Since the start of the Pandemic, the restaurant has seen some changes, but the staff remains friendly and helpful. The food is enjoyable, and there is complimentary drinks available. It's a pleasant spot to unwind before a flight, with a variety of seating options, including ones that resemble beds. Numerous charging points are also provided for various types of plugs. Visited 19th November for the first and not the last time hopefully. Prior to the Clubhouse we had arrived at the Upper Class Wing and were treated like royalty by the Virgin staff, once checked in we were guided to the Clubhouse where the amazing service continued. The Club House is so much bigger and Better than the BA lounge, food is ordered hot and brought promptly to your table, there is a small gym, showers and an outside viewing area overlooking T3 gates. I can’t speak highly enough of this location and especially its staff.

From the moment we arrived at the Upper Class wing to getting seated in the lounge, it was the most incredible experience!! WOW! The staff in the lounge were exceptional!! They took the time to speak to us, gave us some restaurant tips for New York which was so appreciated. You can scan the QR code for the menu or they do offer you a proper menu and table service which is a lovely touch. The lounge is huge with so much going on. The food was wonderful too. We had a cooked breakfast and a pastry with a few glasses of champagne- delightful! The views over the runway were great and a visit to the rooftop garden area is a must! During my recent visit to the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse, I had an absolutely delightful experience that went beyond my expectations. A significant highlight of my visit was the exceptional service provided by Maryka, the mixologist. Her personable and kind demeanor added a special touch to the already wonderful atmosphere. Maryka crafted some truly unique and delicious drinks, including a special creation she has entered into an internal contest for Virgin Atlantic's upcoming anniversary.
