"We wanted a good Sunday lunch roast in the Sandhurst area and were told by a local to try The Village Inn. We're very grateful for that suggestion as it was great. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely dining area, excellent food with large portions, and very reasonable prices. This area, which we are only visiting from Downunder, is lucky to have such a great pub We will visit it again before we leave and hopefully catch some music too."

Travelled from Liverpool for an 18th Birthday great night, food was provided by the host and there was a premier inn at the top of the road which was ideal.

We have just had a beautiful roast Sunday lunch. One beef and one pork. Plenty of meat,veg and gravy. Excellently cooked. We would recommend everyone try the village inn on a Sunday for your roast lunch. Staff are excellent.

Reviewed and visited a few local pubs in the area and this by far wins it by a country mile. Sunday roast I haven’t had better anywhere, it was amazing. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. I now visit every Sunday for a roast dinner.

Decent local pub, great for lunch or catch up with friends. Does big portion of pub grub, nothing fancy, but good. The conservatory is lovely for a drink and it has a good atmosphere on the weekends, with special nights. The garden is particularly good for summer evenings.

3 of us had the bit of each Sunday roast yesterday, absolutely fantastic meal, lots of it with beautiful vegetables all cooked perfectly. Lots of extra gravy (bonus) without having to ask recommend this. Booking is a good idea, excellent staff, caring and friendly, will definitely visit again

Not bad I guess, but I grew up in this area and I wouldn't choose this pub over many others. Food menu is very stereotypical and service is fine but... I dunno, not a great atmosphere of the sort you want to feel when in a pub. Maybe I'm too used to city pubs so take this feedback as a single visit review, as it's intended. Beer on tap wasn't very varied at all, standard stuff really.
