"We stopped here for lunch prior to a fascinating visit to 5 Jojas Jamon. The restaurant was busy but not overcrowded .A excellent way to begin the afternoon . Very pleasant environment with good service and a traditional menu, mixing tapas with full dishes. Of course we ate jamon with fried eggs and chips having started with some delcious croquets and finished sharing an excellent cheesecake. Did not check the wine list as I was driving. After lunch the tour of 5 Jotas was a real education as the dedication and expertise that goes into preparing some of the best hams in Spain was completely unknown to us."

"Mi mujer y yo nos hemos aficionado al senderismo y en esta ocasión elegimos hacer Valdelarco-Galaroza-Valdelarco, por su riqueza paisajística. Bellísimos parajes y extraordinarias gentes. El regreso del sendero fue accidentado porque pensábamos regresar por donde habíamos venido y la escasa señalización hizo que nos perdiéramos. Avisamos que llegaríamos tarde a almorzar y que esperábamos un transporte desde Galaroza a Valdelarco. Se ofrecieron a proporcionárnoslo y a esperar que llegáramos sin ocupar la mesa. Finalmente llegamos por otros medios y nos encontramos un lugar acogedor, iluminado y climatizado cómodamente. La comida y la atención fueron magníficas: las croquetas variadas, el timbal de morcilla, el solomillo (recomendado por la anfitriona) riquísimo y un postre de origen vasco cuyo nombre no recuerdo. El precio, acorde con la calidad del producto. Gracias por vuestras atenciones. Recomiendo cualquier ruta que acabe en Valdelarco y en Las 14 arrobas . Sin duda volveremos... ¡¡y esta vez con un GPS!!"

"Estuvimos almorzando. Menú 9€ por persona. Local limpio. Fuimos atendidos muy amablemente. Todo muy rico. Ensalada de pasta/gazpacho y solomillo. Ninguna queja. PD: El camarero francés muy gracioso y amable."

"Good restaurant to eat. I went with the family after doing a hiking route. We ate as kings at an affordable price. The amounts of food are quite good. a point in favor is the attention and kindness we had from the waitress. They had a kitchen failure for a dish and the waitress asked us to be dissed by delay. among all the things we ask to eat, I highlight the scramble of mushrooms of the area spectacular!. the service, it seemed a little slow, but I'm not going to negatively assess it for that even if it can be improved. Otherwise, I recommend this site if you go by step or if you are from the area."
