Will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. Delivery was way over an hour. You can’t even get through to the land line to complain. Or to cancel your order. Disgusting all round."

They scamm us for nothing it was 25 pounds and when I calculat the food it was 21 pounds so they scamm us with 4 pounds

Customer service was ok.. the lady on the phone was polite and helpful as I told her I’m calling for the first. I wanted to try out some vegan fish and chips.. and I really wanted to leave a great review.. but I can’t unfortunately. Chips were not cooked properly and I don’t think vegan fish is for me TBH.

Today, I ordered from Veggie Lounge, but the woman who took my call was extremely rude to me. She lacked manners and did not know how to interact with customers. The service at Veggie Lounge was very poor, with a highly negative attitude and cheap behavior. I strongly advise against ordering from Veggie Lounge.
