The meat is legit the best I have had outside of Berlin.We had several Wagyu cuts and each was as superb as the last. (I did cry when I dropped one of my through the grill)The staff were great and very professional and always there but never interrupting.Would go back agin :)

Japanisches BBQ Restaurant. Jeder Tisch hat einen eigenen Tischrill und die Speisen werden roh aus der Küche gebracht, welche dann auf dem Grill selber zubereitet werden. Zum grillieren gibt es über hervorragendem Fleisch wie Wagyu Beef, Black Angus weiter über Meeresfrüchte bis hin zu Gemüse und Pilzen. Die Qualität der Speisen lassen keinen Wunsch offen.

La formula è molto interessante: carne (o pesce ma prevalentemente ottima carne giapponese) che viene servita cruda e viene cotta dal cliente al tavolo in un BBQ elettrico posto al centro del tavolo. La materia prima è di altissima qualità e l'effetto finale è una piacevolissima serata in compagnia con ottimo cibo. Servizio efficiente cordiale e paziente. Unico neo: portate non abbondantissime e prezzo leggermente superiore al dovuto (circa 50 euro a testa). Wir waren letzte Woche zum ersten Mal im Ushido und vom Essen rundum begeistert. Wir haben uns gegen die Menüs entschieden, weil wir lieber etwas durchprobieren wollten und in den Menüs die weniger ausgefallenen Sachen sind. Das Wagyu hat sich gelohnt! Wir sind zu zweit auf ca. 100 € gekommen und sind gut satt geworden. Was mich etwas enttäuscht hat, ist das Ambiente. Die Einrichtung ist etwas ungemütlich (insbesondere im vorderen Teil); der Service ist sehr freundlich, aber alles geht so schnell, dass es fast etwas nach Massenabfertigung wirkt. Trotzdem ein gelungener Abend.

Me and wife visited here on 2nd August during our 1st visit to Berlin based on trip advisor reviews.The restaurant lives up to expectations, the service was 1st class with a full explanation of the German menu, there is a table top buzzer when you require anything.The decor is very cosy and modern yet still has an Asian feel.The cuts of meat are perfectly prepared as are all the sides and dips. Cooking your own food at the table to suit your taste was both tasty and enjoyable.Price wise it was reasonable, not cheap but not overpriced. We had 3 meat selections, tiger prawns, sides and drinks for 90 euro.

My asian food craving while travelling had brought me to this Japanese BBQ. It's high rating on tripadvisor had caught my eye and soon after we sat down in the restaurant I knew why. The service was excellent. Waiters/ Waitresses were ALL very friendly. One girl went through the menu with us in English and you know she knows their food. She was in a very professional manor yet friendly. We ordered Wagyu Mix Plate, Beef Tongue, Schweinebauch (pork belly) and some side dishes; Sesamspinat (Sesame spinach), Kartoffelsalat (Japanese potato salad) , Edamame, Suchtkohl (Cabbage) and some rice.
