Also, don’t be surprised if they get your order wrong as they can’t communicate in English (asked for lamb, gave me chicken and don’t be surprised if they give you leftovers/rubbish, especially when they’re “closing” (why bother taking orders in the first place if you’ve got inedible waste leftover? Asked one of the workers why they’re selling Coca Cola products given the massacre of Palestinians, he said “it sells, people buy” which might be a picky point but for me makes all the difference and not representative of the community spirit. Never going there again, eat at any chippy, better value for money and frankly tastes better."

Angery staff, don't know why , food is good but, portion is small for price, visited 8 months ago , and staff was amazing, but this visit was disappointed, feels like staff doesn't want you to be here, I don't know why ?

I ordered takeout online at 6:10 pm and did not receive it until 8:35 pm!!! I called several times and all I heard were excuses. I would not recommend Turkish Shawarma Walsall due to their extremely poor customer service. It is appalling.

Did not enjoy sorry. The quality was just not there. Maybe they can improve for future but looks far from it was very greasy. The homous seemed old as still had bits of the thick surface for leaving out to long. I wish I had taken some pictures.

I had the worst experience. Had ordered chicken tikka pizza. But they added shawarma chicken instead of chicken tikka. It also tasted bitter in some parts. Also, The home delivery took 2 hours to reach home. I am just 15 mins away from this restaurant.

Ordered the Adana mix grill, this came with chicken and lamb adana and wings with rice. The adana kebab was tasty, well flavoured meats. Wings were juicy and flavoursome. The rice was okay, it could do with bit more seasoning and flavour. Portion size is good this can feed 2. Garlic and chilli sauce is not bad.

I bought mix wrap yesterday night,I always buy wrap from this shop,But yesterday they gave me worse wrap I ever had,chicken and meat was burned like charcoal,it was cold ,even they charged me 50 p extra without my consent.I will never ever buy or eat from this shop.Who will go next time please kindly check your receipt and food before leaving the shop .

My recent visit to this restaurant left much to be desired. The customer service was lacking, with employees displaying a surprising level of rudeness. Additionally, the waiting time was unreasonably long, further dampening the overall dining experience. Disgusting behaviour from the people at this food place. Really bad hygiene practice seen the staff handling food without washing hands straight after taking rubbish and having a smoke Can’t tell who is staff and who isn’t, random people walking in and out and helping out on the grill, prep station, serving, then popping out for a cig and chai, then back serving A smile would not cost anything , but it looked like they forgot to even to grin...
