"Wow! We started with a tour of the property and learned that it is all organic. We sampled cherries right off the trees in the orchard that were so sweet! The view from the function facility was fabulous and the swimming pool looked very inviting. The bathrooms even had toilet seats which is amazing for Italy in general. The farm has been in the family for over 200 years. There is such care to all that they do. The owner's daughter, Ms Rotolo, is the chef. Her sister flawlessly waited on our group of 32. We started with bread, cheese, honey, crunchy seeds, prosciutto and olives served with sparkling water and a Negro blend of red wine. All was amazing. Next, we were greeted with a focaccia that was to die for followed by a light quiche yum! Then, the first course which is always pasta a light red sauce made with delicate tomatoes and orecchiette. The best! But wait, more was to follow. The main course was a thin slice of pork cooked like a scallopini topped with crumbs, mushrooms and seasoning along with oven baked potato cubes. Dessert was a light homemade cake with a cocoa sugar glaze accompanied by espresso. Just a perfect ending to a five star dinner! Father and daughters joined us in parting which make us feel that we were really appreciated! Molto buono!"

What to say after such amazing experience. All food just AMAZING experience.. Fried Fava beans, Olives, virgin olive oil, breaded pork, gratin mushrooms, orecchiete pasta crusaiola style, almond cake and wine of course. Luciano great owner and his daughter, son.... Hope to return soon.

This accommodation is a little off the beaten track, but very charming. We stayed as a family and had a very enjoyable time. The Trulli is a little basic, but has everything you might need and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. Our boys loved exploring the land around the Trulli and visiting the geese and chickens on site. It was a shame that the pool was closed during our stay. However, we had a car and made our way to a nearby municipal pool which was great. There are lots of nice restaurants in Alberobello, but I would definitely recommend hiring a car if you're staying here. Many thanks to the family who own the Trulli for making us feel so welcome.
