"We loved the fact that there was no menu and that the waitress told us what was available. She first described the antipasto plate in Italian and it all sounded good and we ordered it. Well we were surprised when it all arrived. There were...multiple plates of food including tripe which we don't like. I ate my share but my partner didn't. I actually enjoyed it this time. The prosciutto was melt in the mouth gorgeous and the buffalo mozzarella was excellent. Sadly we had no room for pasta or main course. We did fortunately have room to share the choc fondant which was delicioza!"

definire come una trattoria potrebbe sembrare sminuente, infatti il cuoco è uno chef e i piatti sono tutti ben preparati, ben presentati. il prezzo è leggermente più alto rispetto agli altri locali della zona, ma è denaro ben speso se si desidera cenare, come ho fatto per esempio e non ti sveglia nel cuore della notte con acido nello stomaco.

Il locale,si trova nei pressi del centro di Fermignano, vicino alla stazione di Bus che collegano Urbino e Pesaro. La struttura restaurata di recente, è un esempio di opera neoclassica. Le camere molto spaziose offrono aria condizionata TV LCD e WiFi e un comodissimo letto avvolto da lenzuola di qualità. I bagni altrettanto ampi sono arredati in stile vintage. Simpatica e originale l'idea di battezzare le camere con il nome degli ortaggi: cipolla.. carciofo.. Lo Staff è gentilissimo e disponibile come si addice al vero Romagnolo.
