Really nice little trattoria in Mitte on a quiet side street. Very good service with genuine Italian warmth. Excellent value set lunch two courses and drink for €9.90. Delicious cappuccino. Nice clean toilets. A little touch of Italy.

We discovered this place last year. We've been there both for dinner and lunch. Most memorable are their pasta with truffle, and parmesan; and their gazpacho. Very comforting, simple and good quality Italian food. Very nice people, speak some English. The place gets very busy at lunch - we recommend coming before noon. It is worth it.

This was within a block of our apartment. That being said it was a charming authentic Italian restaurant. We had black truffle pasta and pumpkin ravioli. Both were good but not the best we've tasted. We enjoyed the Italian authenticity and attentive service with the working kitchen but did not think this was the best Italian we have had. . .

The service was excellent and the waiter was extremely friendly. I loved the small authentic Italian feel. However the food was too rich. The Burata is served with excellent ham, but no salad and it combines not to well together. The pasta with truffle was also too rich. Maybe just order something else, because the setting and location is great. Voir le carte

Probably the only reason this place got 4 and not 5 stars its because we don't speak German or Italian. It took us a little time and some guesses and hand gestures to understand the menu. Other than that ... We took 2 pasta dishes one with beef and the other with salmon and both were awesome. Great dishes with even more great prices but you should come dictionary:)

This adorable restaurant is in a quiet location a block off of the Luisestrasse, near the Charite hospital. We got to it from the Berlin Haupbahnhoff and took any tram (away from the airport direction) for one stop down the Invalidenstrasse and then turned right towards the hospital. This restaurant is unbelievable. If it were in NYC I couldn't even afford to eat at this quality for coffee and biscuits. But because it's in a safe and quiet nontourist area we had the most sumptuous Italian food we've ever experienced outside of Rome for a mere 60 euros, which included for 2 people: caprese, meat and pasta dishes, wine and tiramisu. The cook is Abruzzese and his partner who runs the small rest...
