"Definitely the best food of this Italian holiday and one of the best of any holiday. We read about the restaurant online and decided to try it despite it being out of the centre. Indeed it is in what appears to be a residential area lucky residents. If this was near my house I would be here too often! We emailed beforehand and asked to book , but when we arrived it was quiet. However, the owner had prepared notes to read to us in English about the menu for that evening which was very kind of him. Both his English and the young lady who served us the second night was very good. However, it was also very useful that he had prepared this information as it enabled him to give us much more detail than we would have deciphered from the menu. And the detail really matters in this restaurant. The quality of the basic ingredients shines through in all of the food and they take real pride in everything they serve. We visited twice and had two great meals. Food included gnocchi with cheese and pepper with spicy chocolate, an absolutely delicious Pork in beer dish which was cooked wonderfully and served with the most fantastic polenta and wonderful meat and pasta dishes We had a bottle of wine, water and coffee on each evening. Meals cost roughly €60 each night. This for 4 and 5 dishes each night which we felt was great value and this for the undoubted best food of the holiday. The value would make it well worth the taxi to enjoy a good meal and wine. If I return to Verona I will be booked to come here first night!"

Great local food, great choice and unbeatable value for money. Friendly staff. I had the green gnocchi with 4 cheese sauce and the mackerel with beans and onions, and everything was delicious. Vegetarian dishes were available. Highly recommended.

Osteria della tradizione culinaria veronese molto curato e attento alla provenienza e qualità degli ingredienti, con vini eccellenti e prezzi che considero al di sotto o al più nella media. Facilmente raggiungibile e con ampia possibilità di parcheggio. Voir le carte

abbiamo soggiornato a pranzo per una piccola festa e ci siamo davvero divertiti. finalmente un menu con piatti cucinati e non il solito taglio, carne nei ferri, ecc piatti della tradizione ben fatti e ottimamente presentati. piccolo ma molto bello e bel posto. personale molto gentile e molto preparato. sicuramente per tornare e per raccomandare.

ottima taverna tradizionale veronese. ogni dettaglio dai mobili alla reception è molto attento e gli ingredienti sono selezionati e valutati nella preparazione del menu e nell'installazione. come l'unica nota, nel menu stupendo non ho trovato un piatto estivo. la carta del vino è eccellente. i prezzi sono più che onesti. ampia disponibilità di parcheggio, tra cui disabili a pochi metri dall'ingresso.
