Excellent cuisine in a very welcoming restaurant in the historic center of Pistoia. I advise.

Friendliness, excellent choices of wine and exquisite dishes distinguish this place from others, immersing yourself in the flavors of the restaurant brings to life memories of an ancient cuisine, yes, but revisited correctly, enhancing its flavours. I highly recommend this place.

Cibo ottimo e ben presentato. Si mangia veramente bene e ad un prezzo onesto. Servizio impeccabile e personale sempre cordiale, pronto e preparato. Nonostante il nostro leggero fuori orario, siamo stati accolti molto bene. In zona centrale, consiglio vivamente di passare a provare, non rimarrete delusi.

It's been a long time since I've been to Trattoria dell'Abbondanza in the center of Pistoia. I must say that this new management impressed me favorably: youthful, kind and above all very capable given that I found the chicken rolls and also the chef's entree very good, who is also very young and smart. Good quality/price ratio. Very nice dishes. Even the eye wants its part... We'll be back!

Today I celebrated my 60th birthday at this restaurant and we had a great time! A delicious menu! You have to try! Congratulations to the young, dynamic, competent staff! I repeat! A delicious lunch! appetizer of cold cuts, croutons and cheeses, ravioli with Chianina sauce, gnocchi with cream of broccoli, pecorino and truffle, stew on a bed of puree with caramelized onions, biscuits of their own production, and birthday cake. Thank you for the lunch you served us for my 60th birthday!

Very well kept place. The girl who served us was very kind, nice and helpful, the one thing was that she didn't have appropriate clothing for the service. The menu is a little limited, due to the reduced openings (covid). Homemade vibe, good! We got 2 first courses and 2 second courses. The portions are generous for a trattoria. The food was good, the flavors and cooking were excellent. The price for lunch seemed a little above average to me, but I also understand the times we are living in.. I'd say I was quite satisfied!!

As in other reviews, fortunately few, here too a 0 (ZERO) as big as a house would be fine. Rude, arrogant and presumptuous pseudo owner, who insults a diner for his origin, typical Italian meanness, but not worthy of the region and the wonderful places that Tuscany offers. Next time, my dear, rude ****, someone should call the police, so we'll see if you can't imagine insulting the guests... It's better to draw a veil of mercy over the place (tavern) and the food... . Last but not least, remember, you worthless scoundrel, that THE GUEST IS SACRED.
