"Let me start by saying that on Saturday 23 March I went to Galileo for the ninth time, I organized a trip to Livorno specifically to eat cacciucco and given my previous visits I had praised the restaurant as unique for cacciucco. Unfortunately I have to say that it was a huge disappointment and I'm really sorry for my friends above all, but also for me. The cacciucco was not the usual one, a few varieties of fish, a slightly acidic tomato and a sauce so liquid that it looked like a soup. Of course, once isn't enough and for this reason I will definitely return, but this time I will be a little biased, the difference is It was abysmal, I don't know if it was due, as mentioned, to a bad day that can happen or to a change of management given that the dining room staff was not the same.
