"The service was terrible, they didn't allow us to split the bill (strange because if we had sat at separate tables it would have taken up more space and we could have paid separately). We were charged a service charge of €3 per person totaling €9 without any prior notice, a service that was terrible and we were forced to pay. We didn't receive bread on the table and we weren't even asked if everything was ok with the food. The food was quite strange, the pizza dough was definitely frozen not fresh, the carbonara tasted like alcohol and seemed to have milk in it, the penne was nothing special, no flavor and the portions were small. Prices very high for what was offered, tourist trap. I've never seen €16 on a poor quality carbonara. It's not traditional Italian food, it's not fresh. Furthermore, the restaurant is below my accommodation and is very noisy."
