"fantastic lunch, after visiting the monasteries we ate in this restaurant that offers an incredible view of the village of subiaco, beautiful also the interior room, in liberty style, which I could visit after lunch, very kind also the owner who told me the history of the structure and its illustrious guests. as soon as we arrived the staff was very kind and helpful helping us in choosing the dishes. with regard to the food was all very good, among the first advice especially fettuccine and lasagne, very good also the seconds for which I recommend the abbey. as soon as possible we will definitely return."

"The evaluation concerns the restaurant, for a contribution to improve. Not easy to reach. It is necessary to travel for a few hundred meters on a very narrow dirt road that does not allow the passage of two cars that proceed in the opposite direction. Parking difficulty. Essential menu. Not particularly exciting but good dishes. Slow service. Mini tablecloths even if the covered is 2 euro. Prices perhaps a little high as much as eaten and context. For two appetizers, good, four first, three bottles of water, a glass of wine of the house and three coffees we spent 25 euros per head. A plause, instead, for the extreme courtesy and availability of the staff that served us."

"I 've been meaning to write a review for Tre Brushettieri for a while years actually. I 've been going there for that long. You see, I actually live in Italy and have been up and down the Italian Peninsula. Needless to say, the food is one of the high points of this stunning country. But at the Tre Bruschettieri, I really feel at home. Except the food is MUCH better. First of all, it 's a family run restaurant. Mom/Mother, Father/Husband and Daughter. The service is impeccable but easy going and the atmosphere adds to this, being a whimsical mix of books, games, knick knack and really cozy seating. It makes you want to hang out and take your time, which is really how you want to enjoy a great Italian meal. And then there 's the food. It is traditional with some remarkable additional touches and minor re inventions, some of which are actually based on even older and, in particular, local recipes. The menu is large enough to find something for everyone, yet not so overdone as to make choosing into a chore. And it changes on a regular basis with some cornerstone dishes always available. And the wine, whether it be of the house or a select bottle, is just great with their remarkable after dinner digestives offered by the house. If you prefer, they great local beers as well. And the price? Let 's put it this way, the last time a guest offered me dinner here, they looked at the bill and said, Is that all? Yup, that 's all folks! Buon appetito!"

"we stayed at village 2.0 yesterday August. lovely place in subiaco, right near the river aniene. lovely, clean and welcoming places with friendly and friendly staff. lunch was fixed and included: Italian mixed appetizer, homemade cannelloni, homemade stezzapreti casarecci with a delicious sauce, from traditional Roman chicken with peppers and potatoes and salad, all plentiful, homemade sweets wine and bitter included, all x 40 €. found casually on the internet. thanks to all the staff."

"Destinazione Grotte dell’arco. Un passaggio per le vie del Monte Livata, ora di pranzo senza prenotazione, è stato difficile trovare un tavolo. Mi sono fermato qui sono stati gentili per farmi mangiare un piatto di Tagliolini porcini, menta romana e pecorino, assolutamente complimenti allo Chef per l’ottimo piatto. Quindi metto 4 solo per i servizio che pur il personale è molto cortese, è un po mal organizzato. Mi hanno portato questo bellissimo e buonissimo piatto di pasta ma senza apparecchiare la tavola, nonostante più volte l’ho fatto presente a diversi di loro. Per cui, assicuratevi prima che il tavolo sia apparecchiato. Tutta via 1 primo, 1 acqua, 1 caffè 23€ scontato a 20€. Consiglio di passarci il cibo merita ."
