Unfortunately we didn't get to eat Xmas dinner in the restaurant due to my mum fell ill and we ended up the hospital all day, we ended up having it as a takeaway and we were most disappointed and did not think it was worth the amount we paid. A large group of us went Boxing Day, we had preordered desserts but when we got there had no Christmas pudding, the few who had ordered it chose another dessert, only later were told they didn’t have this either!! The soup came and mine and some others were cold, they warmed them but came back with the same bowls not knowing who’s was who’s! The carvery was cold too and was dried up like it had been there all day. We waited 45 minutes for dessert, which was mainly chocolate brownies, this was so hard around the edges.
