"Very disappointed as had been recommended The Tipputs and it was our 1st Wedding Anniversary. My starter was completely different to how it was described on the menu. Should have been Wood Pigeon breast on black pudding mash with red wine jus. It came out as a wood pigeon breast with some sort of pickled white cabbage and mustard sauce. I queried this and instead of re plating correctly, I was just brought a little bowl of black pudding mash. I had ordered King Prawns in garlic butter with salad and fries for my main. The dish came out and we were asked if we wanted sauces. I requested salad dressing and the waitress responded 'what? ' so I repeated my request and was brought another bowl with a teaspoon of salad dressing in it. I realised I had no fries so again had to check the menu to make sure I had not been mistaken another trip to the bar to request the missing fries. The plate was cold, the prawns were luke warm and mushy. As the prawns were 'shell on ' I really could have done with a finger bowl. My husband had Rack of Lamb with very little Lamb. We had been advised it would be cooked 'pink ' which would have been perfect except it wasn 't, it was over done. Horribly over priced for the quality of food. We did get a small discount off the bill but even at that price, we felt robbed!"

Tipputs Inn is brilliant. The food is great the beer is fab. The Bar Manager makes the place incredible always welcoming and very helpful.

We had a Sunday roast and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was—possibly one of the best we've ever had! As food enthusiasts who are always on the hunt for the best dining experiences, this could definitely be one of our favorites!

First time to dine here. Went mid week which was not too busy. The restraunt was closed, but we still enjoyed being in the main bar to eat our delicious meal. My husband was especially happt to find liver and onions on the menu!! Shall definitely go again

A very pleasant country location with some interesting building features and ownerships. Garden looked good for the summer day and evening enjoyment. The online booking process was a bit chaotic, but ultimately it worked out. There was plenty of parking available, but as I entered the pub, I noticed that the decor felt somewhat outdated, even though the atmosphere was lively. The staff were friendly, and the service was quite prompt. The food was outstanding and beautifully presented, with an excellent Sunday menu.

Although we had made a reservation, our table was already occupied by other customers. After some discussion, we were offered a small alternative table in a corner that barely accommodated four people. Despite this setback, we decided to leave and ended up having an excellent meal at the Old Lodge in Minchinhampton, which was just a 10-minute drive further along our journey.
