"I’d been here on several occasions a few years ago and always really liked it so was surprised to see a few recent negative reviews.. despite this a group of 6 of us decided to give it a go while in the area and we are really pleased we did as every one of us really enjoyed our food. I had fish and chips and my partner had sausage and mash, both loved our meals. Staff extremely friendly too- I’d recommend anyone to give this place a try"

16 of us went for a meal yesterday evening. All our food was brought together and was piping hot and fresh. The service was lovely. We will be back. Thank you!

I'm pretty surprised to see negative comments about this pub. we just had dinner and it was great. all staff were polite and very friendly, eating was really delicious and hot, and very cheap. we really enjoyed it.

We visited for the first time today and I called ahead. The service was excellent—friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, served hot, and beautifully presented. We will definitely return. The proper chips deserve an extra star!

We have eaten there for several years. Seems to be a step change recently and its all good. Good food Good price Good service We ate there over 2 nights with 12 people each time , food arrived at the same time and piping hot. Cant fault it

Met a friend for tea tonight, we last went about three years ago. The food was delicious and well presented, homemade chips too! The bar man and our waitress were lovely, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be returning! Thank you :

Called in on chance for a Sunday roast. The staff were excellent very friendly and efficient. The food was also excellent and great value. Would really recommend the Three Horse Shoes. The photo was the only one I took the vegetables were served in a sperate bowl as well as more gravy.

I went to the pub with three friends, and we each ordered different dishes. Everything was delicious! I had the beef Ale Pie, which was juicy with a perfectly crispy crust that melted in my mouth. My friends ordered the mushroom dish, the sampi, and the chicken cake, all of which they found quite disappointing. Overall, I would highly recommend this pub for its great food, friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, and reasonable prices.
