"An absolutely fantastic 1st meal and drinks at the thorn inn after recently moving to the area. The new manager Joe is a fine host, the food is amazing ! very tasty with well balanced flavours and a varied menu. The prawn, chorizo risotto was very fresh and the breaded katsu curry had amazing flavour and texture. The apple and blackberry crumble with custard is delicious. The staff were all very approachable and helpful. We will definitely be back soon, highly recommended popping in and trying this lovely venue."

Popped in here for some lunch with family after visiting Totally Roarsome. Very child friendly, children's books and colouring sheets. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, we had the lunchtime special, very good value for money. Lovely atmosphere Voir le carte

What a lovely place food was amazing atmosphere lovely and relax. Chef Emma well what can we say. She knows how to cook a steak and fish and chips. All staff so friendly, I love it here. Would highly recommend this place. Don’t just take my word for it. You need to try it out, thank you Judy and staff for looking after us

Called into the Thorn Inn early evening having had to go and collect some forgotten items left at Park Royal Hotel earlier in the day, have never been here before. Very quiet though was early on Thursday evening, had two lovely meals, my wife had steak (Steak Thursday) and I had the gammon off the main menu. Both beautifully cooked, piping hot looked after wonderfully by Izzy and Sam thanks to all for a lovely meal.
