The Woolpack Beefeater Grill

It was a joy to use the Woolpack Beefeater restaurant for breakfast on a trip to Europe. Sheila was a delight and it was so nice to be greeted with a cheerful Good Morning and to have a freshly cooked breakfast served with a smile

Another excellent family breakfast, food lovely and served by friendly, efficient and very accommodating staff. When paying the bill, we were really pleased when we were asked if we held a particular discount card and saved 25%, much appreciated, thank you.

my mother and I had a fabulous experience tonight. jamie and natasha were polite, professional and clear knew their job and knew it well. the customer service was great and eating was fantastic. they were even able to help with my missing reward. thanks for the cards Voir le carte

eat very ordinary and tbh weather spoons do it better and too much more reasonable praises. eating was ok, simple, small amounts abd as result over price. the employees vary and some can not really serve good beer. very disappointed and not sure that I...recommending dinner

We had a recent visit to this restaurant that was not a great experience. We had to wait 45 minutes for our food to be served, and when it finally arrived, the portions were small. To make matters worse, my husband had an upset stomach during the night after eating there. We live nearby, but we will not be returning to this restaurant again.

I came here with my family for a vatertag meal and it was amazing jamie, faye, and dominic gave us amazing service, very busy, but still had time to make sure we were all happy. had a steak and it was perfectly cooked could not. have a better visit had defo be back! very recommended to anyone for just a casual meal or a nice night with family or friends thank you to all the staff! close to living, we often eat in the woolpack and enjoy eating, but my main reason for writing this review is to thank the staff. yesterday (22/6/22) my man fell on the concrete by cutting his face, his hands and knees. the dame and. the one who served us both came to help. they helped him, brought him a chair to sit down and offered a first aid kit. they then offered him to help him. many thanks for their help. it was really appreciated

The staff provided a mixed experience. Most of them were welcoming, friendly, and interacted well with our children. However, one server during dinner on May 30th was a bit abrupt and did not check on us or offer additional service. This was a minor flaw in an otherwise excellent dining experience on both occasions. In contrast, the lady who served us during breakfast on June 2nd was extremely friendly and engaged us in conversation about our holiday. We recommend joining the Bonus Club for offers and discounts on meals, which can result in significant savings for families. We appreciate the wonderful service and will happily return in the future. My son, two others, and I went to this restaurant to celebrate his 17th birthday. We ordered starters and main dishes, which had varying levels of quality. The cheesy mushroom starter was disappointing, as it only consisted of two small mushrooms, bread, and a small salad with minimal cheese. However, the loaded nachos with pulled beef were delicious. The flame mixed grill and hot dog mains were decent, but the surf and turf was disappointing due to small portion sizes. We originally planned to stay for dessert, but decided against it due to the mixed experience.
