The White Hart Country Inn

This restaurant is wonderful, the food is delicious, and the staff is outstanding. I highly recommend it!

The review is about the pub, as Google Maps has only the hotel. Location is nice and charming, nice service and big parking. The issue was the food, really mediocre.

Excellent food, excellent service and couldn't accommodate better my request for a quiet area to take an important zoom call. Really grateful, I will be back and will defo give their sister pub in Cambridge a visit The Old Spring. Voir le carte

4.5 really as all the food we wanted to order was unavailable, but what we did have was excellent (steak veg burger). Stayed overnight here, which was as comfortable as expected. Professional, friendly attentive staff. Breakfast was very nice with endless very well made coffee.

Have an amazing meal here and we brought our little puppy. They could not help us enough. The food was really amazing. I would recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately it was not that busy so I hope they get the support they deserve. The place is clean and looks like a recent refurb. Give it a go!

We had a fantastic Sunday lunch at the White Hart. Everything was perfect and all eight of us will definitely come back. The new owners have only been in charge for six weeks, but they are helpful, friendly, and exactly what this pub needed. Thank you for the delicious food, excellent service, and attention to detail. We went for Sunday roast. We liked the location and the fact that dogs are allowed. It is warm and cosy pub. Pork was lovely, vegetarian quorn roast was enjoyable, gravy (both of them) was tasteful, just vegetables and roast potatoes could have been better. Delicious desert. Nice and friendly staff. I personally say slightly overpriced for what it was.

My friend and I visited this restaurant on a Friday night for drinks and a snack. The interior decor was impressive, with a rustic farmhouse style featuring wooden beams, flowers on every table, and a wine display. We ordered plaice and chips, which were amazingly delicious - crispy and not greasy at all. I regret not taking any photos! I will definitely return to try other items on the menu. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The only thing missing was a comfy armchair to enjoy a pint in. I highly recommend this place!

We loved this place and the friendly welcome we received when we arrived. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed. After a great night's sleep and a good shower using lovely fluffy towels, we went down for breakfast, served between 7.30am and 9.30am we were told, at 8.45am approximately. We were the only diners and our breakfast looked good when it arrived, but it was cold which is why overall we can't 5 star rate our stay. The coffee was not good either compared with the great coffee the lovely woman on duty when we arrived made us after our night out on Tuesday 24th. We just felt little things were missing as well at breakfast, like clean side plates for toast rather than everyt... Voir le carte
