The riverside location is absolutely stunning, though it seems a bit understaffed. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 4, the service a 4, and the location a perfect 5. One of the standout features of the hotel is the incredible view.

Went out of the way for my other half at a wedding we attended and done him a separate buffet plate of food because of his ocd about buffets and people picking food up Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Great value

Absolutely amazing! We held a surprise 60th party here in the middle of December and they were amazing. Massive thanks to Lisa for helping us arrange it so close to Christmas and last minute! Also big thanks to Kim for making it all come together perfectly on the night. Must also shout out the chefs for putting together a delicious bespoke buffet Service: 5 Location: 5

Party arrangements were good apart from us all sitting right outside the servers door to the kitchen and we were all moaning about the freezing draft every time the door was open and shut, the rooms were freezing and then we woke in the middle of the night boiling hot because the heating went on when we did manage to doze off and the windows were jammed shut so hardly slept , more modern down stairs but the rooms and corridors were very tired looking. My partner and I were married here on April 14, 2017, and we couldn't have asked for better service. From start to finish, the staff were incredible. Charlotte, who we had only met a few times before the big day, was fully dedicated to making our celebration special. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and they even prepared a dessert for our meal that wasn’t part of their usual options, which was done to perfection. The venue is a magnificent building set in an idyllic location, complemented by an extraordinary team of employees. I would recommend this place to everyone! Voir le carte
